The team at time to shine was very friendly and helpful. I had some difficulty syncing up my online subscription to the one in store and Damon and the team were able work through it with me.There's always clean towels and spray and never not had space for the cleaning stalls. Definitely worth the price in pollen season.

Place should be called “Time to Waste”. Been going here for some time with 2 different trucks. Dec 2023, i got a flat tire immediately after going through the car wash. I told the manager, he says “you couldve came here with a flat tire” well, modern day trucks will tell you exactly when tire pressure gets low through the phone so i showed him. He said the manager will call me. Went to get it patched up, no nail, just a very tiny puncture. Told the manager i wasnt looking for anything in return, but just wanted to give him heads up. I was scared to go through the car wash for some time and in February 2024 i decided to go back. Immediately after going through the car wash, i get a flat on the exact same tire. Went and got it patched up, no nail just a puncture on the same tire. I called the location and the manager wanted me to come back after march 5th so he can watch me go through to make sure. I went back second week of march, he was not there but told me to come back Mar 19th. I went there yesterday the 19th, he’s not there. Through another employee he tells me to come back today, which is the 20th. Im frustrated for having to keep coming back, one of the employee tells me im “acting like a child” LOLAnyways, i go back this morning and tell him im the guy with the flat tire issue, he says “yeah whats up” LOL didnt want to bother with that energy anymore, asked to refund me for the past 3 months i have not been able to use the wash. He said ok give it 3-5days and i left. Too many of these car washes around town to be treated like this. If Time is important and your car is expensive, this is not the place.

Apparently Time to Shine can Damage your car and is absolved of ALL Responsibility. My wife's Honda Element's front bumper center section was ripped off of the car and retrieved from less than halfway down the run where she heard a loud noise while going through. Manager claims it was blown off by the blowers and that they blew it that far down the run. His timely response came 3 days after the incident. Guess he has a lot of car damage videos to watch every day contributing to the unacceptable response time. Be prepared to be car-less for a while waiting for a response or lucky enough to have a buddy that works in the body shop at Rick Hendricks Honda that can get you rolling the next morning. A well deserved 2.4 stars, all be it, maybe a a tad high of a rating given you can't give less than a star.

It’s 12. No employees here. Line to the road. Been coming to these for a while. They’re okay. Expensive to have to wash the inside yourself and ONLY have windex. The vacuums are usually broken, clogged or nozzle falls off. The compressed air is not as compressed as it used to be. The automated floor mat cleaner never works. This place hasn’t been here for no more than two years and is halfway functional.

Nice facility, would be worth it if you got what you pay for….paid $32 for the everything wash. Mirrors came out still filthy, wheels were filthy, no tire shine applied.Save your $32 and take your vehicle somewhere else.

There was residual dirt on all windows and top of car after wash. Vacuums had no suction. Didn't notice dirt on top of car until I arrived home and was cleaning dirty windows. I had to go over entire vehicle with damp cloth to remove residual dirt. The carwash takes less than 1 minute to complete leaving no time for adequate rinse and certainly no time for drying.

Edit: they let me go a 3rd time and was properly calibrated with my car so got an appropriate wash.
