I went in for an oil change and at the end I looked at the list of what automatically was supposed to be done and before I drove a way, I asked… ‘Did you check my tires?’ .
NO, they didn’t. They scrambled. What else did they not do?
They lost a customer! Will never trust again!

Service was nice, but they didn’t screw my oil cap on tight enough and I leaked a lot of the oil :( paid for nice oil since my car had 200k+ miles so kinda disappointed

Set up an appt at Firestone. Got there and they said they couldn’t do. I’m done with them. Drove 2 minutes down the road to Take 5….Awesome experience. Kind and professional workers. Took literally 5 minutes “. Thanks

Every time I visit I am completely satisfied. The staff at this location excel is customer satisfaction. The team work never goes unnoticed. The first thing they do is great you ask if you’d like a bottle of water, even if there is no wait. Once u pull in, Packages are thoroughly explained giving me a greater level of comfort. They suggest services that best suit the need of the customer. Check tires and windshield wipers every time. They address me by name and with the highest level of respect when communicating . And being a female, I mostly respect that the female tech (Cheyenne) is treated with respect and equality. The entire team at this location ROCK! Thanks to the JI crew for going above and beyond.
