This was my first time ever going to a Take 5, I will be going back for sure. Everyone was professional and seemed to enjoy their job. They let us know what was going on the whole time, I think that was the fastest Ive ever had my car serviced.

My 5-minute oil change took an hour and a half. Workers were courteous, but no apology for the long wait or discount offered for waiting so long other than what was online. When asked, a gentleman working there said they were short staffed today and working on one car at a time.

I went to top off the coolant of my Toyota. After I left, the level of the coolant was well above the maximum. This happens for second time. Another time when I changed the oil in this place they offered me to put more air into the tires and when I returned home I saw that the caps of the tires were not there.

Intentional damage to my car, because I didn't cave to the air filter change out and oil upsell. The bozo tore my air filter on purpose and damaged the mass air flow sensor on the manifold. Stay away from all Take 5 locations.

I don't know what you did to my car, but after I left the place the engine light coming up and the warning light too it say the oil pressure is low , now I needs to pay more the 400 dollar to fix it and I can't go to work.

The service mediocre, nothing special. Did have problem with them up selling, but I guess that is to be expected. Just know what you need and what you don't.
