Never open an account here. Opened an account and moved all my money there then they locked it for suspected fraudulent activity. Been in banks multiple times called hotlines about 20 times and just been running in circles. Cant access my money going on 2 weeks now and people i talk too seem to have no idea whats going on and are zero help. When they do give me info that could help next person i talk to says that was wrong or has no idea what im talking about. There was absolutely nothing frauldent on my account either. It makes zero sense. They keep changing story as to why its locked. Actually got it unlocked a couple days ago and within a day it was locked again. STAY AWAY!! Update: after 1 MONTH they released funds back and closed my accounts with no reason given. Horrible horrible bank. Stay away if you value your money and time!

This would have easily been a 5 start review because I have had no issues until now. There was fraudulent activity on my account. I was left with 0.64 in my account. Then it dropped all the way to -217.00. This was on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and not only have I not gotten my money back. I was also charged an NSF fee on the check for my water bill. When I banked at larger banks money would be replaced in 24 hrs or less. As a woman who is home on strict bed rest due to a high risk pregnancy I need every dollar in my account. All I have been told is I need to open a new account. I don’t feel safe doing that until I have a refund. And at that time I will more than likely take my business to a different bank.
