This is the worst gas station ever! They never have breakfast items and what food gets put out is always old or burnt. The workers don't stock anything up..no fountain drink cups or straws, no coffee cups every time I go in this location. Honestly I don't see how it's still open. They should close it down and build a Spinks or Parkers there atleast there would be better food and drink options for customers. It must be nice to get paid and not do your job. Over heard the manager say she's been there since 5 am and she obviously just comes to work to do nothing.

The young male cashier was very helpful with new sunoco specials. Also he saw that I was short of some change when I went to pay and actually took out his wallet and covered me. God and this young man are so good. All the time. Best part is I've never seen or dealt with this guy ever. He was just being genuinely good person to a stranger.

I had the most barbaric and distasteful encounter with a cashier here. Just a rude, miserable, unprofessional, and very much sad individual. I don’t know what crawled up that little winch/cashier’s behind but 7-Eleven and Sunoco need to do better with their hiring process. If you don’t want to deal with people, perhaps you shouldn’t acquire a job that entails interacting with people. Be Blessed!

I was at this station to fill up in my truck. The price on the sign advertised the gas price as 2.89, however when I pulled to the dispenser, I noticed that the gas price was 2.95. This is fakes advertising and a rip off to the customers.

Bought milk here dated fresh through 1-21-21 purchased at 10:40pm on 1-15-21. Got home and opened the half gallon to find it was very spoiled and had chunks and smelled awful. I went straight back 20 mins later to be told I could not exchange it for a good one and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I was actually more concerned they may have a issue with their cooler but the absolute negative response insured I will never do business here again and will contact the BBB in the morning as well as DHEC as to the issues of health safety at this location.I would not recommend anyone use this facility for anything.

I went into your 1984 Sam Rittenberg, Charleston, Sc location with 3 of my employees at around 4am after work. I had to use the bathroom bad and the men's room was occupied for a while. there weren't any females except the employee in the building so I used the women's room. when my employees, who were in line when I went back to the car, came our. they all told me the lady behind the counter said "He's manager, he should know better than to use that bathroom, disrespectful" first of all....it's now specifically legal for an opposite gender to use the other's bathroom. second...who tf does your employee think she is? do your employees have nothing better to do than talk down about their customers to others? it seems like for how dirty that store was, that she might wanna worry about grabbing a mop, and not asaninely worry about which bathroom I'm using.

Staff is nice but every time I pump gas....and I mean 3 times a week, I am approached by beggars always wanting money. A very sweaty meth head dude 3 nights ago almost achieved room temperature when he popped up from behind the pump, talking nervously and asking for money. I sent him packing and he walked over to some lady and did the same thing. They need more police presence at this location.

The cashier at this location stephenie and also the rudest manager ever name TOM is so rude she is more focused on fussing with somebody other than doing her job you don't get paid to debate with a customer you get paid to make everybody feel welcome I go in there everyday same time late night and she never ids me I had my id and she made a big issue she sold me alcohol without I'ding me and she didn't complain either and that's against store policies all stores and I wasn't even 21 at the time and had and I'd there rude nasty and have I will not be going back to this Sunoco ever they need better management and staff all together
