Alvin and his team of mechanics were phenomenal. Super nice people who really work with you to understand the issues and create quality solutions. Alvin even gave me some discounts just for bringing my car in and being willing to be flexible on the time I get my car back. Overall, these are really nice people who are good at cars and people skills.

I have been taking my and my husband's car here for regular oil changes and car troubles for a few years now. Close to if not every time I've come in, they've shown me what looks good, and what might need replacing in the future. This was not upselling either, as they will usually mention that it can wait until the next oil change. They have graciously taught me why something broke and how to mitigate it for the future (make sure your sunroof drains aren't clogged!!!) and the one time they did not have the equipment to fix something, they recommended a place for me to get it done reasonably. I highly recommend this location, both for the reasonable time-frames, and spectacular service.

I was to the speeDee on Savannah highway I got there around 10am for a diagnostic on 10/13/24. Because my check engine light came on the white guy up front told me it will be awhile so I'm waiting 2pm get here I still waiting they service people who just pulling up and I waiting all this time for a dam diagnostic. So when I decided to ask how long it go be for my diagnostic he told me that he behind knowing they wasn't busy because they walking up to the cars that pulling in to ask what they need done and my car still setting waiting on them to diagnose my car. So I ask for my key because all this time I'm sitting waiting on them to put my car on a diagnostic the black guy Apologize to me and put my car on the diagnostics. It's just sad that the black guy did my diagnostic and a white guy act like he had an attitude like he didn't want to do the diagnostic.Who ever own this place need to find people who want to do they job and not be racist mind not I was a black young woman need service and the whole time I'm waiting they outside laughing with people and playing around I'm sitting here on the bench watching the whole 4 hours in a half. Didn't came one time to let me know anything I had to go to them. I come and get my oil change and other stuff done here and for me to be treated the way I was treated I will not be coming back to this spee-dee on Savannah highway anymore if I could give a zero I would better customer service.

I took my vehicle to Speedee for a simple oil and filter change, as time ran short to schedule with my normal full service facility before a road trip. I won't make that mistake again.
Despite pulling the truck in immediately upon arrival with one other vehicle currently in the bay in front of mine, it was 45 minutes before I paid (which cost more than my regular spot even with a coupon I found while waiting).
They mentioned that my skid plate was missing a couple bolts (which they didn't have available to replace despite being a standard size), so crawled under this morning to replace them. It appears that they simply bent/pulled the skid plate down in order to access the oil drain plug rather than removing the two remaining bolts (they showed no indication of recent wrench/socket marks) for the oil change. Making matters worse, I found oil dripping from the drain plug, with the drain plug only finger tight. It was dripping fast enough that the skid plate was pooling with oil and a large spot was on my driveway just one day later. This would have been catastrophic had I not checked as the plug most likely would have worked its way fully loose over the course of a 5 week/3000 mile trip that will include plenty of washboard dirt roads and 4 wheeling.
At many businesses, you'll find a tongue in cheek triangle of service options... pick 2 of 3. Fast, affordable, quality. SpeeDee offers none of the above. Absolute garbage.

I had wonderful speedy and kind service by a man there today with almost shoulder length brown(?) hair. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but he was so great! Fabulous costumer service and got me out and on my way so quickly!

This place is great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I don’t know much about cars but they don’t make me feel stupid and walk through and explain everything. I’ve genuinely never had more of a positive experience at an oil change!

I arrived at 3:55 not knowing they closed at 4pm on Saturday and Blake didn’t even hesitate to take me in!!! He was very kind with quick and efficient service! I’ll definitely be back for such a welcoming and reliable atmosphere!

I’ve taken a number of my cars here over the last 10 years or so. Just had new to me ram 4x4 pickup (105,000 miles)with an odd shake at 65. Alvin, Ryan and Blake took personal interest diagnosing and replacing front axel shafts on for wheel drive. These are professional mechanics with a lot of experience, not just changing oil. My go to mechanics. If they can’t fix it they’ll tell you. Honest , professional. Reasonable prices (if there is such a thing today).

Sorry excuse for an automotive repair shop!
Took my car in for them to look at my AC, they wouldn’t even try to fix it, they were lazy and afraid it would mess their machine up.
I’m not pleased at all!

Blake and his team are awesome. Very attentive and competent. They’ve repaired my jeep on several occasions and always do a great job. Blake has gone above and beyond. Replaced my alternator and battery in less than an hour.

Mr. Blake and all the workers were very kind and helpful. They explained everything very well and made sure I could take the best route to making sure I got everything squared away. Definitely coming back if I need anything!!!
