Baited me on the phone into driving for an hour to just tell me when I got there that what I'm looking for wasn't something they carried. Without going into detail, I can say that what they offered me instead in no way met the requirements that I provided when I called. A complete waste of my time and gas.

I purchased a large sliding door from Southern Lumber. When we installed it, we found a few missing pieces, they were able to get those ordered a replaced immediately and the service was phenomenal! Very happy when a business takes care of their customers after the sale.

Helpful people, fairly fast, not too expensive. Cody was helpful with my special order. Alonzo also executed my custom woodworking and the shop did a great job matching the trim.

I ordered windows for an active construction with significant lead time, scheduled for delivery 4/12. The windows have since been lost and while the team at Southern Lumber says they have done everything to find them, it felt that they were dismissive of the inconvenience because it was "not their fault," but the shipping partners. Their response and attitude implied that because our order was small it was insignificant, referring to it as "a small piddley" order. I found the customer service to be lacking in how they navigated the error, seemingly more concerned with what they didn't do wrong and what they are not responsible for, versus the considerable inconvenience it is for us as the customer and helping to troubleshoot that. As a customer with a smaller order it didn't feel like I was a priority.

We’ve been asking for a quote and help with ordering a door for weeks. We can get anyone at the front desk to call back or answer. It’s been quite frustrating as we wanted this door in before our wedding. Since waiting on you guys we’re now screwed for this to happen and also having to look elsewhere since you guys don’t want our money. We literally are the easiest customers we new what door we wanted went over with you guys and gave you guys dimensions and we can’t even get a quote or a call back.
