Eric Zepp is an expert realtor and a lovely person. She paid attention to what we were seeking and gained our trust such that we put an offer on our house based on the video that Erica sent us showing us the details of the house! John and Erica were great every step of the way in assisting us with buying our first home. They communicated well, were always available to answer questions and meet us for showings on short notice, provided the necessary information, negotiate on our behalf, and made the process as least stressful as possible. Out o state move made easy. John was able to negotiate in a multiple-offer situation to ensure I got the home. Helped me find a lender and was able to give me several contacts for contractors after the move. He continues to check on how I am settling in.

We moved to South Carolina from Kansas City. Never stepping foot in the neighborhood or even town we moved to. I couldn't have done it without John and his team. Incredible to work with. Easy to talk with and express our needs as a large family of little ones. John was thorough in our quest along with being upfront on specific areas. He knew everything about the city, safety, networking, beaches, etc. I can not praise him and his team enough.

Erica Zepp made it easy for us to be in our new house comfortably in record time. Her market and area knowledge is impeccable. Finding and closing on a house on short notice from another state is difficult and comes with a feeling of uncertainty - but Erica handled every detail with professional skill, and efficiently! We have two children under three, and I did not want to rent short-term AND have to move twice because of having to be at a new job immediately. I grew up in the Lowcountry and this was my husbands first time even visiting. She found the right house for our personal needs (and wants) and got the price down so it fit our budget. The relationships and network she has built in order to service the needs of her clients shines through. I don't know what we would have done without her guidance and all the help she gave us on so many levels. Erica is one of a kind - and I am grateful she is our ONE.

Erica is an amazing realtor, who knows her profession very well! She has a great personality that jives well with all people! She helped my husband and I find a perfect home for us that fit both of our needs (which was not an easy task)! We had no experience with buying or selling while using a realtor, but John will ALWAYS be my go to agent in Charleston area moving forward. He and Erica were AMAZING! My husband and I were moving back to Charleston from out of state and in a crazy market essentially had to buy a house before we actually got to see it in person. John made the process so easy- he was in to see houses I was interested in just hours after I sent them to him. The house we ended up buying was actually one that he found for me after seeing what I was looking for- and he even sealed the deal for us on a Friday while he was at a concert! He always went above and beyond.John and Erica made the whole home buying experience so easy and seamless. They took care of everything and I was so impressed by all their effort and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
