I’m very impressed with the assistance provided by customer service at South State Bank! I was looking to open a new account, but was hesitant to pull the trigger. I had many questions that the branch manager, Mary Schnabel was able to address & answer with ease & patience to ensure I understood completely in order to make the best decisions. Thank you so much to the customer service team at South State Bank for making this process easy!

The greatest branch ever!Staff greets you by name the minute you walk through the door. Immediately asks how can help, they respect my time and always make sure they find an answer for me. The staff seems so happy to be there and I love the music!Very upbeat!I am happy with my Bank and my branch at the Coburg Cow!!!!

Unbelievably horrible customer service. They told me to sit down, don’t say anything and then, after I ask after 20 mins of waiting, they told me they can’t help me for another hour and a half. So you were gonna let me sit there for 2 hours. Anything of any sophisticated banking this place cannot handle. Deposits and withdrawals are fine. I suggest going to another South State to handle adult mature banking.

Mary Schnabel, the branch manager, is the absolute best to work with. She is highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She puts the customers first and goes above and beyond to get whatever necessary done and always in an expedited manner. She truly is a joy to work with !

This South State Bank location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to do your banking as they are well equipped and prepare for just about any bank transaction no matter how big or minor. The staff here is extremely accommodating and patient and will go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of and are able to accomplish your banking goals. This is a good bank to work with.
