Amazing amazing selection and customer service... I walked into soma totally lost not being from Charleston area and needed new bras after losing a bunch of Weight, and was no longer a 46ddd, but was not sure of my size. Anessa was fantastic and saved the day, she resized me to a 40DD, patiently explained the different bras to me and showed me a bunch of them and helped me pick a variety... Honestly Anessa is so good at what she does.. And got "the girls" back to looking pretty again and in Bras that make them looking fantastic! I couldn't thank soma and the staff enough for the help, education, but all around fantastic customer service. I would encourage anyone to go here....they will take good care of you

I. AM. SPEECHLESS. I brought my wife in to get a much-needed fitting and was expecting to receive cold customer service a la Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Boy, was I WRONG. As soon as we walked in, two employees jumped into action - listening to and understanding of every issue my wife had with her current bra selection. Their level of customer service as well as knowledge of coverage products was simply outstanding. Within 2 minutes of leaving the store, my wife received 3 compliments on her new outfit (she wore it out).So thank you, Anessa and Kim for a memorable shopping experience. The employees are super helpful and friendly here! I frequent this location and if they don’t have something in my size, they have it shipped directly to me and it always comes within a day or two. Love this place and the people that work here.

Hey there, I went in to get fitted yesterday for a strapless bra, and unfortunately they didn’t have my size. Jan, called the other store and they had it! Yay! She even offered to go pick it up for me and bring it to her store which, is so much closer to my house. She also gave me the option for her to mail it to me. Wow! I was blown away. I mean it was just one bra. It wasn’t like I was buying the store. It was customer service at its best. She is a keeper. Thanks for making a kinda dreadful experience a delight.

First visit to a Soma store. I had been wanting to try these bras for some time and was excited to do so! I was measured by Erin. It was obviously the wrong size and didn't fit. I had friends with me and they ended up bringing me the correct sizes. I purchased several bras..200 bucks worth! But I really think that we were treated rudely as I didn't want to purchase the wrong size bras. She also kept asking if I had other bras in the dressing room I wasn't keeping and then acted like she wanted to look in my bag when I was finished trying on..REALLY? What a j**** The bras are nice but the person waiting on me was horrible!

I guess it should be my wife who is doing this review. I sat quietly in the front while the two ladies running this particular Soma shop was helping my wife with her, uh, fittings which ended up with a happy lady on what was purchased and the discounted prices also. This place seems to have it all, from a male perspective (even without anything for a male to wear but just to ogle and enjoy) and certainly did for my wife.
