Horrible customer service. The young girl that works there daily has a terrible attitude and is just rude... and they are ridiculously expensive! Find another dry cleaner. This one should be avoided.

This business lost my sweater and is now giving me the run around over it. I already paid for it to be cleaned and instead of admitting that they “lost it”, I’ve been getting told lies for the last three weeks. Bad 4 business and I do not recommend.

Large chemical stain on the back of the gray dress shirt when they gave it back to me, and they didn't say anything. Noticed it when I got home and went back up to the store to sort it out. The person working said they would pass my information along to the owner, but I never heard anything. I went back to the store multiple times and they acted surprised the owner hadn't called me, yet still no solution. Called the other location and got ahold of the owner finally and he said that he would give me a call back at the beginning of the following week, and never heard from him again. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, I essentially paid them money to ruin a nice dress shirt and they haven't done anything about it.

My regular dry cleaner is closed for business, so I had to find a new one quickly. Turns out there's one right around the corner from where I work. The building has a drive-thru window, so I didn't even have to get out of the car to drop off my 7 shirts. They told me it would be ready on a Tuesday (drop off was on Friday) and I asked if we could do Monday, and they said yes. Payment was due when I picked up the shirts. I've inspected them and worn two of them already. Looks really good and I'm happy with the result so far. Service was really friendly.

I dropped off a Burberry jacket to be cleaned, it came back with pulls across the back and fraying. All they offered to do was to send it to the owner after telling me multiple times all they would say is nothing can be done to fix it and recommended I try repairing a $700 jacket at home with scissors. The service is quick and the prices are cheap but not worth having to replace your clothes afterwards on top of paying for the “cleaning” since they don’t stand behind their work.

My husband needed a suit cleaned for an event and he took it here. He said they were really nice and sweet. His suit was ready the next day and looked great!
