If there was a way to do no stars I would do no stars. This man took almost 3 thousand dollars in cash On December the 22nd And I got my car back on March the 1st in complete disrepair... I had to spend another $2,000 fixing what he did the Bodywork I at least thought would be good considering this is a body shop I understood some of the mechanical work could be troubling... the Bodywork was terrible the bumper is not attached the hood is off center it was lie after lie after lie... the fact that he's allowed to own a body shop is a sin but I guess that's what you have to deal with in the car business is dishonest awful people like Toby Simmons

They were extremally easy to work with. I had the hood of my jeep painted here to cover up some scrapes. It was done fast, and for a good price. I would highly recommend this body shop.Service: Painting

If I could give a half star I would . I drop off my truck and told the guy I will be gone for a year out of the country. I order all the parts and had it shipped to his shop location. When I return, they barley started on my truck. I had to wait two more weeks and still not finish. I went to pick up my truck and omg there's no way this guy had the nerve to be working on some other vehicle. I was so heated that I was like just give me me truck and I will go some where else to get the work completed. He beg me to give him some more time , On top of that he wanted all the money for a job that he wasn't even done with. A year later I'm starting to see rust popping up in the paint. Please if you need work done look else where. This shop is NOT IT!!!!!

I drove by a week ago. I found the shop by chance . I entered and one technican showed up and came towards me . He asked me what i wanted . I showed him . He literally said that i can drop off my car next day in the morning and it would took 5 hrs to fix it and he gave me his requested price and I agreed.Next day i went there early morning with my wife so i would ride back with her after I drop my car .But it was very bad surprise waiting for me . A woman pretending sge is the GENERAL MANAGER and another technician came towards me directly and asked very rudely what i want . When i tried to explain to them what happened and what the other technician who showed up from inside same shop which is not that big by the way , they denied everything like never happened and as like a i was asking for charity and they asked me in very rough way to leave away and don’t come back .It was very shameful situation and feel like i was dealing with something very disrespectful business wayI just lost my timeAnd still can’t understand why they were doing that even it seemed like they were not busy at all and how a person came speak for the place and he is not belonging to .It was very shameful so i wrote this review so no one else will have the same disrespectful disappointed situationService: Body & Trim

Willa, Joseph and Alex were incredible to work with from my first call in! This was the first time I had to deal with repairing body & paint work on my car and not only were they extremely knowledgeable but they were patient and kind throughout the entire process.They did a fantastic job repairing my Volvo, it looks flawless. If I ever need any work done to our car again, I'll be coming back to Simmons :)Services: Body & Trim
