Such a great experience! I called to see if they were able to mix a paint color for me if I did not have the color swatch. Not only was he able to mix the color but he prepared the paint for me so that all I had to do when I got there is pay and pick it up. He was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

I’m shocked to see this store has such a good rating bc I had such a terrible experience.I went a few weeks ago to ask a few questions about painting lacquer cabinets. I was the only person in the store and the woman seemed annoyed I was even there and wasn’t helpful at all. As soon as she told me I would definitely have to sand them all the way down I knew she had no idea what she was talking about. It was a discouraging visit and I haulted the project until today when I went to spectrum paint in west Ashley. The employees over there were beyond friendly and helpful.I get everyone has a bad or off day. Had she been a little kinder I could have been more understanding. The lost a customer in me.

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for all things paint in one location. The store is well managed and organized and you are able to find exactly what you are looking for in paint and supplies. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you find what you need.

CARLOS does and amazing job and is very professional and talented. He was able to locate match and use logic to figure out what a bankrupt Ryland Homes painted my ceilings with 15 years ago. When I got home and figured out what paint I bought that day would work the best, Carlos refunded me for the can of paint not used. Now that is why you ask a Sherwin Williams professional. I hope Carlos will pass his knowledge on to his younger team members. Invest in the work force and your people Sherwin Williams they are worth it
