As a fan of Southern Charm, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to shop in store while on a little vacation. Have to say, sew proud of Craig. Thanks for the entertainment and snuggly sweatshirt. When I saw the packaging for my purchase... The tissue paper reading, "what's wrong with my sewing!?" I made my fiance watch the clip of N.O. Dragging Craig for sewing. It's an oddly delightful turn of events to see what happens when a person loves his craft, commits to it in the face of adversity and is wildly successful because of it. KUDOS Craig, we all feel like we watched you grow up. Great little Reality T.v. mecca. Highly recommend fangirling in store ❤️

I placed an order on 7/29 & it has not been shipped. The label was created on 8/2 but the Tracking shows that USPS is still waiting to receive it...
Per website instructions, I tried filing a claim with 'Route' but they cannot locate my email or order number...
I then sent an email to Customer Service on 8/15 & still have not heard back...
There is no phone number for me to call.
Any other suggestions?

Wife loved it. Got the Striped Fleece hoodie which I must say is super soft! Would've gotten a pillow, but didn't want to check a bag on the flight.

Me and my 2 kids love this stuff!! I wanted to write this review because I’m sew happy with everything I have ever ordered. My son who is my “special “ 10y/o loves taking my Craig merch. He has sensory issues and he always wants Craig stuff for Christmas bdays rewards etc. He is currently sleeping in my favorite yellow Charleston hoodie the SDS pillows and the crabby blanket!! He is in heaven! Thank you CRAIG for helping me help him especially get good sleep so anyone that has a child that has these issues this merch is awesome!! The hoodies have got to be the BEST I ever bought. They are sew nice lightweight soft and just comfy. The pillows WOW! Where have they been all my life. I had to get them for all 3 of us cuz mine kept going missing! The blankets…pure heaven to cuddle up with take a nap or just sleep at night. They are sew soft and just squishy cuddly lovely!! Not too hot and not too small but warm when you need it and perfect size!!! I just had to order my 3rd order in last month because we are all CRAIG merch OBSESSED. Ty for all your wonderful creations and for putting out such excellent quality stuff. Most of all TY for making my special baby happy and comfy!! ❤️

Great quality, and fast shipping! I only did a partial order the first time to see if the quality met my expectations, and I was very pleasantly surprised! So I did a second order to finish the style I wanted to achieve. I will definitely look out for more black and white pillows/blankets, and hope a Lombard one from Paige's collection will come out soon!

Extremely adorable and welcoming shop with Southern charms for your home. The smell was amazing and I bought the candle that was lit in the store. Employees were super helpful and I found several things that I could not live without. Looking forward to continuing to follow this brand on social media and find more southern gems?

Sorry, selection is sad at this store. A few tees, one small wall of over priced pillows a few random things. This shop could be much better. Btw, nothing seems to be American made.

As a fan of Southern Charm, and Craig Conover, we couldn't miss the opportunity to stop and drop a few $$$ in our boys flagship store. Walking away with a pillow (of course), a blanket, coozies, sweatshirts and more - we found the quality of the materials to be fantastic and luxurious. We now proudly buy SDS in our local Kroger locations here in the Midwest (the quality isn't as great, but the prices are much more affordable!)
