“My grandson was enrolled at DIA back in 2018-2019 and he absolutely flourished. He started during a "Summer of Discovery" session and then attended a full year (at half days) in Pre-school and 1 more "Summer of Discovery" session. The teachers were all very attentive, the school is immaculate, with a loving environment for all of the children. School safety is evident everywhere yet never stifling. I have numerous paintings, pictures, and little projects from his time there. His summers were spent in "Engineering for Kids", soccer, karate, "Drop the Beat" music class and other special sessions. His absolutely favorite was "water day" where they got to play outside in their swimsuits and play with water toys. This is a great, great, place for your child!”

“My daughter went here for summer camp in 2023, and the opening came at the perfect time. Needless to say everything was not completely worked out on my end, but Mrs. Brown and everyone else at that facility was wonderful and worked with me. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about all of the people that work there and how much that they care for the children. I could tell how good they were because of how my daughter talked about the teachers and the staff, she absolutely loved it. This is a wonderful place, everyone there is very caring and they definitely take care of your kids, such great people in that facility, it is just the best. I'm very grateful that my daughter had the opportunity to attend there! Thank you so much for everything! Off to K-5!”

“What a refreshing outlook for education! I love this unique school! You can speak of our Mighty God and watch your children prepare for their future with an exciting anticipation. My son graduated from FBS and I presently have a granddaughter attending. The small class sizes allow teachers to invest additional time with each student. I liked the way they challenged my son and put him on the road to reach his goals in life. I have confidence in the school's academic programs preparing my child for college while building memories with students who have a great desire to succeed. I would recommend this school to any parent in search of a solid education and an unforgettable positive student experience.”

“I graduated from the Charleston Catholic School in 8th grade, and I started attending this school in 1st grade. Every year I had a great experience. Every teacher I had was nice and helped me out when I struggled. One thing I loved about CCS was the variety of arts they offered, such as band, drama, movement (dance), writing, and other clubs and classes. This school also offers different sports like basketball, volleyball, golf, tennis, and more. I love how I was able to express my faith at this school, which not many schools allow. Every grade has a religion class, and it was nice to pray with my peers. The academic levels of this school are high, as they offer Algebra 1 and Spanish 1 to 8th graders, and they attend the Beta Club Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC. Different students excel at different levels, and this school helps with that. Overall, your child should certainly attend Charleston Catholic.”

“My son has been going to the sunshine house on Dorchester Road since he was 7 months old he is now 18 months and the growth I have seen with him has been phenomenal. He truly love all his teachers and they love him. Whenever he is out because he is sick they always message me through the app to check on him. The love he has for his teachers and the love they have for him is unmatched. As a first time mom with no family in the state, it’s hard to develop a village but his teachers are truly my village. I truly love and so grateful for Mrs. Pam, Mrs. Angie, Mrs. Krys, and Mrs. Dee. I would recommend this site to any parent looking for top of the line childcare because the teachers are going to love and take care of your child/children like their own!”

“My daughter started here (Ashley River Rd) when she was 5 months old and is almost 11 months. Despite being difficult to leave my baby, I quickly felt relief. My girl lights up when she gets there and has bonded with several of the women. As a first-time-mom, I also have the benefit of telling them what’s going on with my girl at home and getting ideas on what to do. Could not be happier!!!”
