WOW.. unbelievable., how absolutely lucky was I to find Carol.. in 2020 I can honestly say my hair was in dire need of something new! I called Salon Couture and Carol made time for my consultation! She wouldn’t just book the appointment, she wanted to do it right! Ahah and I am glad she did, She has been been my hair incredibly for 3 plus years, color, extensions and cut, the full range of services with the best quality and price! If you are looking for a professional, Carol and Salon Couture is the place I would go!

Salon Couture and the staff there are excellent and have always bent over backwards to accommodate me in times of need. I have been coming to them for years and have referred multiple people that have all had pleasant experiences (anything from haircuts to hair extensions). The location is highly convenient and the facility is clean and welcoming. The stylists there all appear to be highly experienced and always offer water, coffee, drinks, or lolly pops for the kiddos. Carol is highly responsive at any time and will move mountains to accommodate you. Don't listen to the small group of negative Nancys, the quality of Salon Couture is superb.

If you need a new stylist check on Salon Couture. You can book online with good availability. Both stylists we tried were great. Katrina did my hair and was a great listener while also making suggestions I took. Her highlights were applied efficiently and came out beautifully. Friendly and easy going. Salon has easy parking and is convenient location. My daughter had a color correction with Carol from our previous salon. She was so happy with the revision. Can't imagine if she had done it from the beginning!

I was looking for a hair salon to get my hair done for a wedding and opted to go for an up-do. I am always so skeptical of going to new hair salons and since I am not from Charleston, I had no idea where to go. I did some research and decided to try out Salon Couture and booked an appointment with Katrina a week before. Katrina was awesome! So kind, quick, and gave me just what I asked her for. Would definitely recommend getting your hair done from Katrina! If I'm ever back, I'll definitely be coming to Salon Couture :)

Carol was awesome. I just wrote a negative review for another business, and I really hate being negative. I had to kind of balance it out by writing a good review, haha. Salon Couture came to mind immediately! Just saw Carol for the first time. She was awesome. Talented and sweet. She even texted me to make sure I was happy with my highlights and to wish me luck with my baby, who is due in a couple months!

Carol is amazing! I decided I wanted to do something to my hair on a whim and was able to book online for a next day appointment. When I got there, it was clear they were taking all necessary precautions for covid, which was a huge relief. Carol was very thorough in asking me what I wanted and took time to explain everything to me to make sure I knew and understood what was going to be done. She consistently went the extra mile. My hair looked amazing, I couldn't believe it was my hair! She provided me love, kindness, and relaxation I needed after a hard few months, and I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be back, and recommend her 100%.

I’m not one for reviews but Carol is absolutely amazing. I started coming to this salon a few months ago after moving here from NY. I had been a loyal customer to my hair stylist for over 15 years and was afraid to start over with someone new. Carol matched my color spot on! My hair looks fantastic!
