So the manager Comeshia said I can’t return my clippers that are unused and in original packaging. The receipt and the signage both say you can as long as certain criteria is met. Comeshia then said she’s the boss and wouldn’t give me contact info for the district manager. Don’t say one thing, write it down, but don’t follow it when it’s in black and white.

This store is pretty small but everyone has always been v helpful and nice when I come in. Ava helped me today. I was like manic and exhausted after work when I came in and she was patient and nice lol. Thanks again.

This was the worst experience from a store I have ever gone through. I was a regular customer at this store and came in frequently. I went in with my friend to get something and asked where it was. We decided on leaving it and going somewhere else. We left the store, and the woman ran out after us, and yelled, "Do not come back in the store again". She did not even ask first if we had the item and it was sitting up at the front of the store and just assumed we stole. We offered to come back inside and show her where the product was and she stormed back into the store without responding. This store profiled us and disrespected me and my friend. A very hateful experience and service.

I used to order same day deliveries online frequently, I'd guess 6-12 times in the past year. I tried to submit three online orders in the last week, all of which were cancelled after ordering. I called after the first cancellation and was told the store cancelled it. I then called back because I realized my 15$ coupon was gone, and they restored it but also said the cancellation was due to a glitch, not the store cancelling. I asked this person to please pass along how frustrating this issue was to management. I then tried placing another online order and it was cancelled again. Several days later I tried again, and the same thing happened. I was told by the customer service associate that it was again cancelled before it even reached the store due to a glitch and that she had no way to work around it. She said she would make a note of my complaint. I then asked to speak to a manager because the person I talked to last time told me they'd make a note of my issue/complaint and nothing has changed. If they cannot handle same day online orders then that option needs to be removed completely until they can fix the glitch, and at the very least they should be able to accommodate people with a manual order over the phone when it happens. She said she'd take my name and number and ask management to call back, may take 24 hours. EXTREMELY unhappy with this service. I have used Sally's online ordering for years without issue until this past week, and the attitude I've received has basically been nonchalant/too bad/can't do anything about it with no ideas for a workaround on how to successfully place a same day order. The fact that I can't get a call back from management for at least 24 hours with a recurring issue like this is extremely disappointing and pretty infuriating. This has taken me from a very happy and loyal Sally's customer to someone who will look at using Amazon or other avenues of ordering what I usually do. I don't know what management is doing, but it is not looking out for customer satisfaction. If you have a recurring issue, take the service offline until you can fix it and offer the best service possible by taking an order over the phone in the meantime.

Seem to make up their own policies and ignore the written policies on their own receipts and website. I was told twice by different employees that I could not return my purchase unless I joined the rewards program. I as a general rule do not join rewards programs of stores that I do not visit very very frequently. Their official policy on their website states that they will accept returns for in-store purchases with a receipt within 60 days of purchasing. I was told in-store that it was impossible to return my purchase despite having the original form of payment, receipt, and it has not been 60 days unless I gave more personal information and signed up for “rewards”. I spoke with the manager too, who seemed very annoyed by my questions about the return policy that’s PRINTED ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT I HANDED HER. She told me that it was what the “district manager told them” and was unable to tell me if it was a store-to-store policy. I left with my items and receipt and called customer service (again) and spoke to a nice representative who confirmed the return policy and said she’d call the store and let them know. Very frustrating ordeal (despite the nice customer service rep) and once I return my purchase, I will not be back.

says they open at 10am, yet there is nobody at this location. drove 30 minutes to get here to stand in the pouring rain with fellow costumers for 20 minutes hoping someone would show up. will never be shopping here again.

This was my first time going to this store. I always thought it was more like a Beauty supply store for salons.It is a great little store. I went in and found what I was looking for right away. When I had a question, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The store appears to be following all the Covid requirements. I will return.

They will look you dead in the eye waiting at the counter & ignore you. I waited 15 -20 minutes to check out one item while she saw me standing there, it wasn’t until a black lady behind me got in line that she IMMEDIATELY came to the front. I knew what was going on, I didn’t say anything. I just waited. Horrible experience.Media must be getting to these people. I will never use this store again.
