Carolina Girls is the best place to buy gifts! They have a unique selection which allows me to shop for everyone, from my grandmother to my best friend. The most difficult thing is trying not to buy everything for myself as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and always super helpful.

Went there a little bit ago to get some gifts. I found great stuff but I hate being pounced on to make a sale when I enter a place. I was asked several times what I was looking for or who I was shopping for when I just wanted to look. And then sales people tried to suggest things forcing me to say "thats lovely but not what I'm looking for" It made me so uncomfortable. I'm the type of shopper where I like to browse without a sales person talking to me. I do not like trying to be sold things. I'll come and find somebody if I need help. One "Hello! Welcome. Let us know if you need any help" is sufficient. I do also feel like prices are a tad high but much is good quality.

Haven't visited one of my “go to†boutiques in months due to a highly scheduled lifestyle. I decided to shop for summer slub t-shirts and bralettes and to my surprise the store had appeared to be overhauled with older women's fashions! I immediately went to into crisis action mode on Google Maps to direct me to their sister store at Bell Hall Shopping center, Mt. P, with the hope I would find more youthful fashion. I found myself at Bell Hall and the store was no longer at the address. Since I normally shop at the Sam Rittenberg store I wouldn't have known the Mt P, store no longer exists. I loved this store and now I don't feel comfortable with the fashion choices; bring back the youthful fashions so all ladies may shop confidently.

Felt like I was at Jared shopping for a engagement ring. Told the woman I was looking for a NECKLACE for my 5 year daughters birthday. She brought me straight to an $80 BRACELET. Then proceeded to follow me around the store, like hold my hand follow. Then pointing out the new necklaces she all of a sudden "didnt know about." Then came the "you get what you pay for" comments, maybe 5 times. I get the upsell but I'm not at a used car lot. All in all they should 1. Listen 2. Stop assuming 3. Ask more questions 4. Learn personal space I left feeling annoyed, rushed and most of all unsure of my purchase. Doubt I'd be back. Pretty put off by the place, still.

What can I say Carolina Girls has a great selection of different products especially for women, Spartina bags, Vera Bradley, Able, and Scout. Of course they have jewelry as well. So if you are looking for a gift for your special woman this is a great store. Customer service is top notch, I was greeted at the door and asked if I need help with anything please ask. I found what I wanted for my wife. Plus they gift wrap! So simple! 4 Stars for Carolina Girls!!

We recently went in for the Labor Day sale, and scored some GREAT deals. However, I came to specifically post about the customer service. I have been here before, nothing memorable one way or the other about service. This day was a remarkable exception. Karen was working, and took an incredible amount of time and patience with us as we tried on shoes. She scoured the stock room for our sizes in anything she thought we would like- she was amazing!! THANK you to Karen!!

Carolina Girls has been improving over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently came here and purchased a cute tunic and two pairs of BedStu shoes on clearance.

I've read these remarks and just want to say that I never had a problem with the customer service in the store. And quite honestly it has been just the opposite. I have felt like they have asked me if I needed any help more than I really wanted them to. I like them for a lot of their different items, some of their clothing, yet some of it is a little too preppy for me. I think they have nice unique gifts and that's really what I like to go there for.
