I've had to use their services 4 times over the years. They always do a great job explaining, communicating, and I've always been very pleased with the results. This is the only place i would go for paint and body work.

Absolutely best experience with a collision center. I called 3 places before I found Regency and the customer service was terrible. From my first call to my most recent visit I have had exceptional service. I know they are going to take care of my car. I highly recommend Regency Collision Center on Savannah Highway. I will use them for all my future collisions needs. I’ll update this review once the repairs are complete.

With the horrors of dealing with insurance, James at Regency was phenomenal. In a country that has killed customer service, they have kept it alive. They have a backlog but WELL worth the wait and there's a reason why. Zero issues.

I was rear ended by another vehicle and had to go through the frustrating process of waiting for someone else to process a claim so that I could get my repairs done. The team at regency took care of me as soon as they possibly could and kept me informed throughout the process. Any little thing that came up they made sure to tell me about. They even helped advise me on the best route to take with repairs whenever I had questions. I am very grateful to the regency team and especially Darren for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident through the whole process. You guys are awesome!
