I will never go there again I got a Mani Pedi with no polish and I left looking like nothing was done. The lady was rushing on my nails and when I told her I didn’t them she continued to tell me “that is how it’s supposed to look”. It’s ridiculous that I still have dirt under my nail and it looks like I bite my nails when I’m just leaving out the salon. If I could do zero stars I would.

I initially went for a full in and pedicure for my sister and grandmother. I was not pleased with the way my sisters’ feet was polished. I asked for certain toes to be polished over. After asking, I’m assuming he was the owner, he got loud and was very rude. Talking about my sisters’ feet, not knowing her medical conditions which was very UNPROFESSIONAL! This was my first and LAST visit here. I will NEVER RETURN! They got pedicures and I did not want any other services from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️ and they do the fastest pedicures I’ve ever seen! Take your money elsewhere!

If I could give a zero, I would. They are very rude, especially to their Black customers. I was giving them a second chance but I will never set foot in this salon again. With so many other shops, who are respectful and appreciative, they need to be kind & respectful. Also, My daughter got a manicure, paid extra for gel polish and within a week, the polish was peeling. So, if you’re going to be rude, at least do a better job. It doesn’t matter to me anymore, because I will not give you a 3rd chance. I’ll take my money elsewhere! You show you don’t care by your rudeness!

What a JOKE!!! 0 Stars for Me!!!They were bossy, yelling at me because I didn’t know where to go to wash my hands, then he grabbed toe nails clippers to use to cut my nails down, and I said can you just file them and he said I can Not take care of you because I asked him to stop talking about me to the female coworker. I called yesterday and he was just as NASTY on the phone../ what a joke!!! I’m glad he didn’t do them he probably would’ve messed my nails up. He didn’t understand I just wanted a fill-in.

I have been taking a senior family member with disabilities to the Regal Nail Salon in Mount Pleasant since 2021. He gets a pedicure, which he'd never in is life had before we started this routine. At the Mt P location, they are kind and patient and do a great job. We go every two months. We are charged the regular rate for this service. Our family member is now in a memory care facility and my husband needed to take him for his pedicure, which is how they ended up at the West Ashley store. My husband has never had a pedicure or visited a nail salon, so he had no idea how badly they took advantage. The West Ashley store literally charged half again the posted price for the pedicure. YES, his nails are thick and YES, by going alternating months he definitely needs a heavy trim. The guy was snide and demeaning and quoted an outrageous amount. My husband didn't have time to hunt for another place because, when supporting a person with dementia, you can't just have their schedule be too disrupted. And he didn't how that the quoted price was totally unreasonable. I feel like the demeaning behavior and price gouging was shamefully outrageous. I will make certain we only bring our family member to the Mount Pleasant location in the future.

I stopped by while in Walmart and the service was amazing! Prices are affordable. The owner did my nail and I love them. He was funny and very sweet! It was the best first experience ever ! He was so welcoming and works amazing with your nails and how your hands look. I did a full set with almond shape and had blue chrome tips ! I love my nails so much! Can't wait to go back for a refill.

I have been here twice before today but I never went back because I don’t like shopping at the Walmart in my neighborhood. It gets really busy and it’s difficult to find pricing for merchandise. However it does seem to have improved in the last 6-8 months and so today I am getting my pedicure done at the Regal Nail Salon and I’m really happy about this decision. I’m very pleased with the care that the nail technician has given me during this process and the nails look great! The nail technician I was lucky to have tend to me is Em. She’s polite and very good at her job! Definitely worth the trip ❤️?Thanks so much Em!! I will see you in the next 3 weeks unless I get a manicure.

I've been going to this salon for a while. The owners are great and very friendly. One time I mixed up their hours and got there when they were almost about to close, but they still took care of me and worked late. They always do a great job with my nails.Only one time one of my nails broke within the first week and they immediately fixed it without a charge when I showed them (I insisted on paying for it though).The only thing I am missing is a better selection of colors. They have a lot of colors, but not many that I actually like.Services: Dip powder
