I have never been treated so horribly by a customer service worker. This white woman named Dani with glasses and brown hair outright refused my service and denied my government ID that I have used with no question for years and belittled me about false information. I’ve never written a google review before but was so uncomfortable by this experience that I felt compelled to warn potential customers.

Nice clean store friendly staff. The assistant manager Sierra is very helpful & definitely patient. I had a problem with the car wash and she made sure every question I had was answered and came outside with me to fix the problem.

I come to this refuel almost every day when I'm working! The store manager is always a delight to see. He is always smiling and polite. The bathrooms and store are always clean.

I loved this gas station. But there's someone that works in the kitchen with gold teeth and gold chains, real zesty. He is rude and short. I've given him chance after chance he is always rude and nasty. Lucky I don't reach behind that counter. In lieu of that I'll leave a bad review. He definitely helped you earn it.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but today was the third time I've had a terrible experience with the women behind the counter. They are incredibly rude and should not be working with customers.

Food is stale. Donuts, sandwiches. dairy containers empty. Coffee machines all have notification on screens that they need cleaned.

Just very bad service today the woman behind the counter was on her phone and I said the men's room needed attention and another rude employee said what do you mean really I've been here since you opened and I love it it's been friendly and nice until today just wanted to let someone know I live close by I love it but put the phone down and listen to customers

The staff is awesome, but make sure you say hi to assistant manager Kayla. She is super sweet and kind. Worth the trip to see her and say hi. And the coffee is solid

This place has everything you can imagine. As being compared to other stations on James Island. The ready-to-made food is pretty great and better than any other station, I’ve been to.

Brand new Refuel on James Island! I was greeted by super friendly employees-even on Thanksgiving morning! The store is spotless and completely stocked. This will definitely be my go to gas station from now on!
