Never staying in another Quality Inn again, first they put us in a room they said was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes and than put us in another room that the bathroom was filthy and mold on the shower curtain, next day they changed the curtain but the tub was still dirty and they never cleaned the wood floor in the room. Teach these people how to clean. When you pay to stay somewhere you should have a clean room. Oh and the noise all night.Rooms: Stinky dirty rooms.

This place is disgusting!!!! Bathroom is nasty with grime in the walls in shower and what looks like mold on shower curtains. AC does not work good at all. Called front desk and they said they would be right up and thirty mins later still hasn’t been up. When on the phone with front desk laughing amongst themselves in the middle of me explaining what was wrong. Do not suggest

I was almost robbed and when I called the front desk ( obviously I ran after) she argued with me and yelled! I even explained details about the inside of the room. The police didn’t even answer. Just stay away!

I don’t want to even give this hotel one star this hotel was filthy, disgusting the manager (Mr. Patel) was no help at all. We checked in the first night after a long drive from Florida for my nieces graduation. We had no time to inspect the room initially as we had to meet us with our family for dinner. When we got back about 3 hours later I inspected the room and we found bugs, the sheets were filthy the bathroom was disgusting and falling apart. I have two small children and so I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk and told them we would not be staying. I requested a refund and they told me to call in the morning. I spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone who was not helpful at all, never apologized for the inconvenience of what my family and I experience at this disgusting place. DO NOT EVER BOOK A STAY HERE! Nothing was ever offered to us to better the situation instead my CC was charged for the stay and we left about 4 hours after checking in. Poor place of business do not give this place your money. I will be filing an official complaint as well.

Gross rooms. Not cleaned at all. Unsafe with the fire alarms covered. Bugs everywhere. Dead bugs under the sheets.Only good thing about this place is the water pressure was ok.Update: now they are trying to charge me for a mirror that was already broken. This is about to be a lawsuit.Rooms: Gross and unkeptNearby activities: Worse waffle house location ever next door.Noteworthy details: This is practically a homeless shelter.

This hotel was great for our business needs and affordable on a holiday weekend. Would I recommend it for a holiday, nope.They have remodeled the rooms, but it's just lipstick on a pig. The lack of good cleaning shows in every corner, floors are filthy, doors are warped, and paint peeling.The hotel has all exterior rooms, on 2 levels. One side faces the waffle house, which is noisy all night long.The hotel is fine for a night, or two but only @ 80.00 or less a night.

Checked into the room and the sheets were dirty and the floors were dirty. I immediately went to the front office for a refund and stayed at another hotel. If you don’t want your hard earned money wasted don’t stay here!

Looks like they never clean the floors especially the bathroom floor it was disgusting if you're brave enough to shower in there I recommend shower shoes it definitely needs to be cleaned we ask the front desk if someone could clean our room while we went to dinner nothing was done just sprayed fabulouso in the room I wish I could give it 0 stars how does the house keeper live on site and doesn't clean anythingRooms: ????
