Been a regular shopper at this Publix for years. They have the best selection of fresh bread, produce, and chicken. Their Buy One, Get One specials are the best in town! Friendly staff and excellent customer service! Everyone has genuine smiles and helps you find items with speed and ease. Kyle in the Meat Dept goes the extra mile to give you the best selection of meats. This Publix makes sure shopping is a pleasure!

I’ve only had 1 prescription and 1 refill, 5 conversations with pharmacy staff and this experience assures that I will never use Publix pharmacy again. All this after major surgery. I am a regular grocery shopper for a long time but the pharmacy is out of the question!!!!

I like this publix but I have to explain why I took a star away. It was my first time there and I was wondering around like a lost dog. I was looking for goat cheese and finally found the cheese area. The manager or someone who worked there that's "higher up" (dirty blonde hair, somewhat handsome, early 40s maybe) was standing in front of the middle area on his phone. I came and stood beside him looking around. I then said excuse me. He took one step to the left while just staring at his phone not giving me any room to look at the other side. I finally said excuse me again and humorously said "I'm not trying to get all creepily close to you I'm just trying to find the goat cheese". He laughed and said "oh you're good" and moved TWO INCHES!! I literally just grabbed the first goat cheese I freaking saw and walked away. Like da hell?? Does he not know people skills or is he truly just addicted to his phone. Strange man. Anyways, that's all.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just transferred to this pharmacy recently due to lower prices. I’ve been waiting for one prescription for over a week with no follow up. I was just told a refill prescription shows it was picked up, it wasn’t!!! Worse yet, last week while I was waiting (30 minutes) to pick up new prescriptions the pharmacist yells from her computer for my name and name of prescription. There were at least 4 people in line hearing this conversation. How unprofessional can you get. One experience enough, I don’t recommend at all!

This is my home pharmacy & I love them. Publix has exceptional customer service & this includes the pharmacy. Life can be hard… going to the pharmacy shouldn’t be & never is as long as I’m with Publix!

I went in Monday to get meds for my baby and then had to go back to get a different kind today. The pharmacist remembered who I was and asked about how my daughter was doing. It was so kind and it really made my day that she cared about how she was doing! We love this pharmacy and will continue to use it!

1. Called to refill prescription. Stated they needed new RX from doctor even though the RX was written for 3 months.2. Doctors office called in prescription in front of me 1 week ago.3. For the third time I have called & pulled up trying to pick up one prescription over the course of a week and they still somehow do not “have the prescription on file”. I tell them yes they do. They click one more button and see that I do have a prescription to be filled STILL and finally begin filling it.4. 40 MINS LATER I’m still waiting.…When you call it takes 4 rings and you’re sent to customer service who just keeps transferring you back to the pharmacy without offering any other solution.…When this pharmacy runs low on your medication they don’t help you find another PUBLIX to fill it at- they tell you to go to your doctors and get prescribed something new. They refuse to help you outside of telling you that you need to do unnecessary work for their inability to function as a pharmacy.I hardly ever write reviews but after trying to come to this pharmacy and giving them the benefit of the doubt for over 2 years now I’ll be switching pharmacies to any other location. I call in prescriptions for work all day and never have so many issues with one pharmacy as this one.

It's really all about the little things when you think about shopping. Convenience, quality, cleanliness, speed and ease. Where Publix takes that extra step is the customer service. The genuine smiles, bagging the groceries, taking them to your car, helping you find items and quality prepared food and bakery. Publix does go the extra mile.

Time to update my Publix review, since it's one of my favorite grocery chains in the area. Unlike many grocery stores, you don't need a loyalty card to take advantage of deals at Publix. You can't beat the buy one get one free deals, and the subs are also great for lunch. My tip is to order it online and pick it up, because those lines can get long otherwise. This Publix has a pharmacy with a drive-thru, which is something I haven't noticed at other stores. I don't use it, but it's good to know if that's important to you. My only qualm is that the parking lot is terrible. It's hard to navigate, as you're never sure if you're driving the right direction, and there aren't many spots.

Clean store, good service minus the cook in the deli was obviously drunk. Can't believe Publix let's their employees work while obviously intoxicated. I pointed it out to one of the deli workers and they said "That's just how it is. Management doesn't care about him doing it."

their deli is not well trained and very overrun. it took over an hour to get my online order of 2 sandwiches. I avoid this store now because of how many times the deli has taken this long. ordering online does nothing
