Service workers in the Food Court always have a bad attitude. I hate that. If you're not happy and fulfilled with your job, go find new employment. Don't take it out on me. Very unprofessional! The hot food is very good and worth purchasing.

I just had the worst experience at the Piggly Wiggly located on Skylark ( off Savannah Hwy). I went into the store to purchase some drinks. As I was checking out the cashier(female) left the register without saying a word. There were at least 4 other people in line. When she returned she still didn’t say a word to me and clearly was angry but told the bagger that the price was wrong on the drinks.
It was handled poorly and in bad taste.
Clearly I was able to afford the drinks whether they were $ 7 or $16. The issue I have is her customer service was deplorable.
I also could have not purchased the drink or make a big deal about it because it wasn’t my mistake but the stores. She really was supposed to check me out with price that was listed but it wasn’t worth the argument because she clearly thought she was in the right. I think management should reconsider who they have as the face of their organization.

Any time I'm in Charleston on a Sunday, my dinner ALWAYSSSSS come from Piggly wiggly hot food bar... The turkey wing dinner is BOMB!! You have to be in line at least by 11:30am. to beat the crowd because the line gets really long, so GET THERE! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

The workers here have the worst attitudes, and the managers are the same way I usually frequent this establishment to pick up Sunday dinner for my family. One lady overlooked me and went to help the next person in line. There has been time where the people working in the deli area were rather rude and ignoring customers. They help the customers they like and skip over others. today I went in to grab a dinner and the young lady who assisted was really nice. She asked me what I wanted and I told her what I wanted. She offered me an additional side and I told her no I don’t Eat pork rice and gravy with Mac is good. She then she offered me a cobbler and I said no so she told her lady the other lady in the back and the lady was like well. She has to pay for it regardless in a very rude way! There was never an issue with the amount of money. I knew what I wanted. And I knew I had to pay Then, as I was handed my food, the lady walked from behind the counter, proceeded to follow me to the register as if I wasn’t going to pay for it. I then call the store to speak with the manager to let them know what happened and the disrespect and how rude they were in the back. the manager proceeded to act like he couldn’t hear me and hung up in my face on numerous occasions so at this point, I realize management and the staff are one of the kind. I really hope corporate offices or the owner of this store sees this review and maybe get some some training for their staff. They have to remember without customers they don’t get paid.
