I love this jewelry. First discovered the Charleston store in 2020 and invested in some pieces (earrings) and now added to my collection (necklaces). Her pieces are unique and classic at the same time. You won't be disappointed!

I visited this shop in June and I am writing this review months later because I want to rave about the quality and longevity of the pieces I bought here.I bought a beautiful pearl necklace for a loved one, and got an absolutely stunning ring for myself. They are worn frequently and have never had any issues. They still look brand new!Not to mention the quality of service and assistance when you are inside this shop is astounding. We were blown away by the service here, as opposed to some of the other jewelry stores in the area.I highly recommend shopping here if you want gorgeous, one-of-a-kind jewelry.

I loved basically every piece in this shop. It's all custom made and only a few made at once, so you know what you're getting is unique. I found a ring set that I loved and the shop was really trying to make it work on sizing (I have obnoxiously giant fingers). They went so far as to make an entirely different set and a set of the original in a larger but not large enough size (the first one I loved would not work to make larger because of the stone settings). This isn't a shop where you're spending $$$$ on each piece but you are certainly getting that kind of service. What a great combo- beautiful jewelry + outstanding service!

I purchased one of the enamel necklaces in the Charleston store on July 15. Less than 2 weeks later it began to peel, with tiny flakes of enamel all over my clothes. I have emailed the store twice via the website and have not heard anything back. I’ve even sent pictures. I really love the necklace , but customer service has been non-existent. I hope someone sees this! UPDATE: I did finally hear from the owner, and she replaced my necklace right away. Thank you

Found a beautiful pair of earrings on our first day of vacation but decided to wait to purchase. Came back the morning of our departure (a Wednesday) to purchase and hours listed online were from 10:00-6:00pm. Upon arrival at 10:20, shop was closed. Called to see if hours had changed but per recording, opened at 10:00. Went and grabbed a coffee and came back around 10:40 and still closed. I know things happen just bummed I missed out on taking home a piece of Charleston with me :(

Each piece is displayed in a way that truly highlights its own natural beauty. The first class customer service further adds to the overall shopping experience. I came in looking for a particular pair of earrings and was greeted by a warm and friendly individual who was very knowledgeable about Peyton William's history and jewelry. I could tell she was very passionate about the company and it was refreshing to speak with someone who did not mind taking some time to share their knowledge with me. She went above and beyond in locating my earrings and I am glad I was able to pick them up the next day before heading home. I really look forward to returning to Peyton William and shopping online in the near future! Loved my experience and know you will too!

SO MANY beautiful pieces of jewelry, it’s hard to choose just one! But after seeing the prices, I decided to buy more than one! And as a repeat customer I will warn you that if you see something you like, buy it right away. The pieces are unique & may not be there when you return. The good news-changing inventory is always replaced by something equally beautiful! Customer service is also wonderful! The owner and her staff are always friendly, helpful and do their best to make sure you leave happy! 5 stars for beauty, price, quality and service!

In short, I have spent around $400 on 3 items, all which broke after minimal or no wear at all - purchased both locations.A few months ago I purchased a necklace at the DT location, it broke within a few weeks. Eventually I brought it in to Kiawah to be fixed. I figured it was a fluke that it broke because a jewelry artist in both locations must have to be good - so I bought 2 more pieces while in. (Including the shark bracelet written by another reviewer that broke the day I brought it home.) The o ring on the necklace I bought broke a few days later - I was able to repair that myself with jewelry tools but it shouldn't have needed fixing. I brought them in a week after purchase to return, but they do not accept returns, only store credit. I exchanged for pendants because those can't really break. A few weeks later I received a call that I was expected to pay for shipping for the original broken necklace. They conceded and are shipping back to me. But at these price points this is nuts.
