My husband & I visited there today & all I can say is amazing & VERY sweet & thoughtful staff. They helped us out & we’re so kind. We took home the sweetest boy! Definitely recommend them. You can tell they care so much for all those sweet babies ❤️

They helped me find a great cat. They offer pets that are fully vaccinated and chipped. They also do a quick counseling session before you take your pet home. Love this place.

For the Safety of our Community and Staff, we ask that all who enter the shelter practice social distancing and wear masks. We allow a limited number of people into the building at any given time. Cat adoptions are open for walk-ins 11-6. Dog adoptions by appointment through [email protected]. Pet Helpers’ is a 501(c)3 Adoption Center and Spay/Neuter Clinic that serves communities across the Lowcountry. Our mission is to end the euthanasia of all adoptable cats and dogs by keeping all animals until adopted; providing low cost spay/neuter surgeries; offering humane education programs; pursuing animal-cruelty prosecution; and initiating animal-welfare legislation.
