First off, they didn't have the part that I needed (on the fly) and I still walked out VERY pleased. After visiting 5 other auto stores and receiving sub-optimal service, at best, we found Parks. A gentleman with brown hair, ponytail, goatee, greeted us immediately, listened to diagnosed our issue, gave us perfect directions to their distribution store, called ahead, and had us on our way. Outstanding customer service. Cheers!

It may feel like your dad's old garage walking in, but I'm such a fan of this place. I walk in, I'm greeted, someone asks if they can help... I ask for the 3 things I need, the lady goes to grab them and I'm in and out without having to figure out what I actually need. You can't find this service at Walmart friends. Support these small businesses... They're good helpful people!

This Parks Auto Parts location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a convenient and consistent source for all things quality auto parts at a good value. I like the location and how easy it is to find exactly what you need and be on your way. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable.
