Nice clean store,will definitely go back when I don't feel like cooking but before I leave make sure order is right,it was wrong .I sure did have a taste for some macaroni and fried chicken

First time here at this location, ordered online for a pickup @1145am. I arrived @ 1141am was not greeted my fries was old and cold. The fries look old. My coworkers chicken and okra was cold. Will not be back!

So I go to this store through an app to help organize and stock the cooler. I have done this before and hold a CDL/TWIC card and do this as something to keep me busy and active. I am a happy easy going fella. I enjoy how excited many managers of stores get after I organize their cooler. Let me tell you after the experience I had with Jenny the store manager I can see why there are so many very nasty and negative reviews here! So many people working and walking around doing nothing. To stay on track here I can't believe how I was treated by Jenny. Her tone and body language was negative and very aggressive. I just told her that I was and elderly man and to speak to me with proper respect and she just kept coming and seemed to be trying to incite a major reaction out of me that I just would not give her. So she came back into the cooler and again started and said lets just end this and I was like OK and she kept on going on and on all in my personal space very aggressive. I told her its over please leave me be and let me clock out gather my things and go. Another employee who was neutral told me to go online and remember her name and store number to register a complaint. The way he reacted IMO was that this lady has had issues before. Based on the other reviews its sounds like this store needs upper management to step and take a good hard look at things top to bottom. Its apparent to me that Parker's Kitchen as a company has a major staffing/personnel issue that needs to be resolved. I have already called corporate and feel I need to reimbursed for my time and money wasted to come help this store with its subpar manager that apparently lacks in leadership, scheduling, and basic customer service skills. I am confused and stunned that I was treated the way I was. Even as I went outside and waited for maybe 10 minutes for my lyft. Jenny sent two guys out to ask me what I was doing???!! UPDATE...So I sent the email explaining everything that happened and I have yet to get any type of response at all! I guess Parker's Kitchen is big on lip service and phony clips on the TV! I will go out of my way to avoid this and other establishments under the same umbrella of companies.

Over priced product paired with Self checkout.This convenience store is lacking across the board...Let us hope, that you, the shopper, avoids the grouping of tables in the entryway.Or, you'll be met with an old & angry betting bookie harping about why gun control is needed...After you pay to do someone's else's job while they collect & critique you.

I ordered a catfish eggs and grits and at first I thought my food was ready because he called the number . Right? Then when I said the number was me, he talking about hold on. Ok? Then when I get food , I walked over to the condiments and realized no eggs on my plate. So I went back to him and said there was no eggs on my plate. So he proceeds to ask me, " Is eggs on the receipt " ? I said yes it is. But I wish I had said, hell yeah it's on the receipt just freakin read! So he corrects my plate and didn't apologize, didn't close my plate back and rebag it he just left everything open for me to close up and bag it. Then went on to fix the next customer food. Parker’s used to be the go to spot now it’s the worst! Can never find anyone that works there. When you do they are rude! Ordered food and was told “ we ain’t making that for you” I honestly can’t wait for QTs to be here!! Till then I’ll happily go to spinx

Never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable in a gas station. There's a short older man with long brown hair that works there that I can only describe as being the walking embodiment of lead poisoning. He goes beyond being rude and is just a horrendous man. I watched him openly shame a customer who's card got declined, then he physically pushed another man away from the counter. After seeing this, I really should have left instead of giving him my money, but I didn't. When I was my turn to check out, he asked, "Alright, whaddya want?" acting like my presence was a burden on him. Mind you, I was extremely polite even though he didn't deserve it. I guess I hoped being kind to him would change his tone. I work in customer service, so I know how people can be, and sometimes kindness can turn your whole day around. That was not the case. After I paid, I made sure to thank him, but he waved me off and said, "Alright, whatever."I've never left bad review on anyone before, but this guy really deserves it. Needless to say, I won't be back. He made me profoundly uncomfortable, and I'll find somewhere else to go.

Like the gas station normally, but they have the worst pump experience out of any gas station ever. Every single other station has figured out how to read cards and do rewards and these stupid pumps try to make you physically swipe a parkers rewards, won't let you bypass that step and if you insert a card has to be debit and won't move past that step to read a chip or credit card. Have to go inside and pay a certain amount. Use to not always be the case but has been for 8 months now. They fixed it for 2 weeks and now it's broken again. Pathetic! One more chance or it's my last time to any parkers. Ridiculous in these days and ages

The hands down worst gas station in the area. Employees could easily be replaced with cardboard cut outs (which dont have a bad attitude). Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes in line if you have to ask them for anything.

Prices are fair and pretty convenient. Get a good deal on gas when you shop too. The BBQ sandwiches are pretty good, taste like actual homemade if you know what I mean. Parfait is good too! I didn't catch her name but the woman working the register at 2pm 2/26 was super nice even though the people in her line were being overwhelming. She still helped me and told me where I could get a card from. Thank you for your help kind lady!!

I don’t like this place, warm beer, no 93 octane, autopay is alway difficult, and traffic in the parking lot feel dangerous. Foods great, love the corn beef very clean gas station. Almost wish i smoked so i can get service.

The dirtiest Parker's I've EVER seen. Bathrooms were disgusting with no TP and both toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Soap almost out. Made me think "where are they washing their hands when making the food?" Couldn't use one of the self-checkouts because the screen was too dirty. I always try to use Parker's, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
