Good customer service, the salesman spent a lot of time with us and was very patient. I was quoted a price and after I left my husband did some research and found that the same car online had a considerable discount that wasn’t mentioned to me.

Nick Schwartz took me through all the paperwork to buy the car after working with Tom. Nick was very efficient and I enjoyed his high tech desk for signing all the paperwork. He was also very accommodating and personable.

Highly recommend Palmetto Lincoln. Ken & Nick made the purchasing process a breeze. Both were patient and professional while allowing me to make a decision. The cherry on top was Dan who went over all of the technology the Corsair had to offer. Very helpful for someone not accustomed to the updated technology.

Purchased my Lincoln Nautilus today from Palmetto Lincoln in Charleston, S.C. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Excellent friendly service from the moment I walked in until I drove my car off the lot. Ken, my salesman, did an excellent job of finding me the perfect car. Financing rate was unbelievably lowest.
All of the features of the car were expertly reviewed with me. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Palmetto Lincoln to anyone.

I was very taken it back when I was not pushed for this gentleman to make a sale. He explained everything about the car. I appreciated that so much it’s been a long time since I’ve bought a new car. The best thing was he let me take my time and asked the questions that I needed. It was very patient with me and I knew immediately I was gonna buy it.
