I purchased my first Lincoln at Palmetto Ford and had a great experience. Joey listened to what I was looking for and did a great job finding the right car for me. I had some time constraints and they worked with me to make sure I was on the road quickly. Excited to use Palmetto Ford for my future service appointments.

I use to work with Joe, he did not skip a beat. He was so nice, extremely communicative and always got my car serviced in a timely matter. When he left I was disappointed, but thankfully Allen Oltmann stepped in and took the reins and did a great job making sure everything was completed quickly just like he said it would be. Thanks Allen!!!!

Arguably the worst service experience I’ve ever had. No communication, no ability to speak to an advisor after my car was left with them. All calls went to voicemail and no one was willing to help, except for one gentlemen who apologized when I was leaving. He wasn’t my advisor but understands the value of customer service. The others at the service center made me feel that they didn’t care, and as a result they’ve lost a customer for not only repairs but for a new vehicle purchase.

I didn't want to share this publicly but since you asked so maybe times, here goes.
For starters, the service department starts their appointments at 7am. They open at 7am. Most of the service desk operators aren't ready to take folks at 7am as they just got in and are prepping for the day. Either staff should come in earlier or the first appointments shouldn't be until 715.
I'm a patient person so this didn't really bother me like it did another guy who wanted to be acknowledged and said hi to. I simply recommend a more efficient process. I run an appointment driven business and we do what I recommended (first appt is 15 min after staff arrival)
While the emails for confirmations are signed by different individuals, there's no indication in the emails that our appointment is with a specific person. I walked into one of the rooms and was rudely told my appointment was with another person.
So at 702 when I went to that person's little office someone else was in there. I waited outside until another service person offered to check me in. Why couldn't that happen initially?
Then a same day pick-up time was provided to me by the service rep. I fully anticipated leaving the truck there for a day or two but the rep said it would be ready by 2pm.
Around 1pm, not trusting this number I started calling to talk with someone to confirm our truck's work completion. My rep never answered. The main line service number had a full inbox so I had to keep calling.
At 430pm I was called by our service rep stating the truck was finished and asked that I picked it up that day for space issues.
I said that I would pick it up the next morning as it was a 30-45 min one way trip and that would now be during rush hour.
I cannot comment on cost or anything as this was a recall and covered.
Scheduling was easy
The day of process just want efficient. Everyone looked confused and hurried from the start

Hats off to Ella, who handled my issue. Incredible how well they perform maintenance work when you see how many cars come rolling in there a day. My sense is management supports its people well. One issue: it’s way over priced ($200 per tire?) but that may be the cost of this service.

Very poor service at service department. I got my Lincoln back with oily fingers on hood and driver door! No one reset oil life and they had it 2 days. 2023 Lincoln Corsair reserve! Very disappointing!
