I agree with others: AVOID. I used this Pakmail location to ship two expensive necklaces from South Carolina to Colorado. The packing was horrendous! The two necklaces were shipped in a huge box with very little cushion to protect them, so they banged around in shipping and one of them broke. When I contacted Pakmail (specifically, Trey Carden), I was told to just have the necklace repaired. I then emailed Trey and asked him how to file a claim against Pakmail for reimbursement due to negligent packing and he won’t respond to my emails.

I called the phone number to get a printing and mailing quote. The person on the other line said I needed to email them at Pak an mail etc dot com. The email bounced back as being spelled incorrectly. Why can't a business help a customer on the phone instead of putting up barriers to do business. I found a nice responsive local printer to help me instead.

I have been waiting almost 4 months now for a furniture delivery. I can't get anyone to respond with an update on shipping. AVOID THIS COMPANY if your shipment means anything to you!

Pak Mail on Savage Road in West Ashley is great option for all things mail and shipping in one easy to use location. They take care of everything and make it super simple. I have been happy with all of their services here and have had a good experience every time.

If there were a company of failed promises, this is them. For two MONTHS they have had a shipment that they cannot figure out how to get from Charleston to Texas. Not going to China. Just Texas. Isn't shipping supposed to be what they promise?
