I was pleasantly surprised to find the shipping store so close to my home saving me a trip to a much more congested area. I have been dealing with Steven now for about 2 years and find him to be very professional, always so helpful, gets you the best price available for shipping, tells you which is quickest, and let’s you decide. I recently shipped a very personal package to my Neice in Florida however, she failed to give me her apartment number. It was a framed photograph of her Father, my Brother, who had recently passed and I was upset it hadn’t been received by my Neice. Steven traced it for me and fortunately it came back to his shop so I could resend it to her with the appropriate address. Steven is wonderful, kind and I would highly recommend his business to anyone!

Had an awesome experience with Steven. I had to return a package with an RMA number. Steven supplied me with free boxes and packing tape (didn't charge me anything). We grabbed my shipping info and created a shipping label while I prepared the box. He was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. We just moved back to Charleston and his store is right down the street. I highly recommend giving him your business. People like him deserve some credit, and I will definitely be giving him future business!
