Absolutely love this place for easy in and out mail services. Sharon and her team are wonderful and so helpful. She’s kind, super efficient and just a good person. Also love their Amazon return drop off service in the back to be even quicker!

The best pack and mail store in Charleston! The customer service is always amazing and everything is so easy and convenient. They've helped me out a number of times on things like overnight shipping, long distance shipping around the holidays, providing packing supplies and tape, and fair prices. I'll always choose Pack & Mail over any UPS/Fedex or post office for as long as I live on James island/Charleston!

The negative reviews on here are silly and should be ignored. I've done business with these folks for many years. Their service is outstanding and exceeds any response at the corporate stores. They are a Five Star organization.

I have had many great experiences here. The staff is helpful and the lady with the blonde hair is so kind, knowledgeable and personable. They are usually very quick to help and get through the line of people of there is one and have different price options to choose from. If you have an Amazon return, you can just set it by the desk, no need to wait in line. Highly recommend. They also do fingerprints.

Fantastic people! Allowed me to drop off over 80 boxed invitations and leave while they took their time to process and mail each one. Sent me all the tracking numbers and called before charging the postage to my card. Saved me so much time and a headache by avoiding what would have been a long trip to the post office.

They sent out my package without a scannable label. It’s been lost for over a week. They take no accountability and they just hung up on me for being reasonably upset. Please, for the love of God, go a little bit further up the road to UPS or drive to a Fedex location. Thank me later.

The nicest people! They just saved me $80. I was going to overnight some tax docs but she called someone to be sure they weren’t actually due by the date I thought they were. She let me know they just had to be post marked by today not turned in to the IRS. Every time I come in they are super friendly and easy to work with.

TERRIBLE people. Scary manager who saw us driving around the back parking lot looking to where we could take some large items in the store. We parked up front and instead of helping us he screamed for us to move the car. I went back and apologized and he was still in my face. Use UPS just down the street.

seems like maybe i just caught them on a bad day based on other reviews. Cute shop, easy appt to get my fingerprints done. Seem to have necessities. Not very friendly or welcoming- i felt like my scheduled fingerprinting appt (which took all of 2 minutes) was very inconvenient for them.Kinda made me sad since everyone else seems to have such love for this business.
