This is the first review I have ever written in my life. I had a truly terrible experience here. This jewelry store is one of the worst experiences I have had. I took a bracelet purchased elsewhere for a repair. When I got the bracelet back, they had ruined it. When I asked the person running the shop, he spoke down to me and did not accept anything of what I was saying. This store has terrible customer service and does a poor job on their repairs. Do not take anything to them for a repair. They will ruin it and not own up to their own poor job.

This is a business where my cheating husband w/whom I'm currently divorcing & have proven his adultery, purchased over $200+ worth of jewelry & fragrance items for the OW he's been cheating on me w/for "4 +years" for the past 2017 X-mas holiday. I brought a costume jewelry watch in for possible repairs before the holidays. I had a lengthy conversation with the clerk (Zikki) regarding the fact that the watch was broken when a battery was replaced by another mall vender. He inspected it and told me that it would need to be sent off sight and that they might not be able to repair it. My name and phone number were taken and I was told it may take two weeks or so because of the holidays. After not receiving a call, I finally went back to inquire..he had no recollection of the watch, or myself. He claimed that I was called, and that since it was 4 days past a month that the watch was thrown away. What kind of a racket is this? I will be calling the BBC and filing a police report.
