Love this location- not only for quality clothing and gear but also because David and his team are super customer focused. David goes above and beyond every single time and will do everything he can to ensure his clients leave satisfied. Can’t say enough good things about this store. Lowcountry hospitality at its finest!

Orvis is a great shop pretty close to where we are staying. It has a lot of fishing clothing and even lures and fishing poles. My husband is a golfer and we found him a nice black lightweight jacket that he can wear golfing. It looks great and feels great as well. The man who rang up our purchase was very nice, thank you.

Orvis both here and in Seattle have always shown me outstanding customer service. I have been a customer for a short while, as iv only been fly fishing for about 5 years, but the service I get feels like it belongs to a lifetime loyal customer. Broke a rod on a trip to Charleston and they understood I didn’t have time to repair it, managed to make something work and get me back out there. Absolutely recommend this company and their people.

I bought an Orvis t-shirt from the Charleston store, emblazoned with the South Carolina crested moon. It quickly became my favorite casual tee. I wore it so much it wore out. When I called the store to order another one just like it, they apologized that it wore out and sent me another free of charge!! Unbelievable customer service. I would not have expected that from any other store. Orvis continues to impress. Thanks Charleston store!

This is the only Orvis retail store I have ever visited. The customer service the employees offer at this location is top notch! I was having some issues with my Hydros reel I purchased online. Rex, the employee whom helped me is awesome...he's a super nice guy and he solved my issue in five mins. Hopefully you'll see this review Rex. Keep doing what you're doing and thank you so much again for your help!!

Orvis on King Street in Charleston is a great place to go for all things quality and unique outdoor and fishing clothing and gear. I really like the selection here and it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
