I bought a sweatshirt I loved and the letters completely peeled off when I washed it the first time. When I emailed with concern, Ann Marie Israel was very helpful and gracious enough to send me a replacement free of charge. I really appreciate this and I’m thankful for their wonderful customer service! Definitely a small business who cares:)

Great bargains, however, staff members need more training in customer service.
Staff members are often engaged in conversations with other staff members while customers are shopping.

Rude....very. Dumb kid he just wadded the clothes I just paid $150 for and chucked them in the bag. Prior to checkout I heard him saying the "F" word and GD this and GD to his girlfriend/ coworker. Walked down a couple doors to Salt Life and was treated very nicely.

It was way too crowded in here. They need to change the layout or something to accommodate more people. I couldn’t move around because there were at least 2-3 employees folding things and were in the middle of the only walkways in the store

I love Oops on King St. The manager and staff are fantastic. Love going in last minute for gifts and always finding something perfect.Check them out constantly because they get new stuff in all the time.

A must shop for any shopping enthusiasts perusing King St. Brand name prices at impressive discounted rates. They have plenty of things for women even though its listed on google as a mens store, I'd say the store is fairly split half and half. Not everything is discounted though! Wanted to get one of those weighted sleep masks but looked it up on amazon and saw it was actually just the same price. The clothing for sure is a good deal though.

I would describe this place as a family owned, local TJ Maxx. I bought a J. Crew top and a pair of North Face shorts at a great price.
