Steven at the West Ashley Location, is no bull — top notch. I had a great experience and he was super patient. We checked all my options from mattresses to payment options and I was confident by the end I knew I made the best choice being that everything was thorough. He’s a good person and the founders are so nice. Wish this company and employees the best. I highly recommend. ?

I would recommend this place. I've bought two mattresses from No Bull and love both of them. They have better prices than their corporate competitors, and it feels good supporting a local business. I was lucky enough to get the owner as my sales person, and he's a great guy. Only small gripe is the bed frame they just sold me isn't very robust, and already starting to squeak after a couple of weeks of use. I don't hold that against them.. I just think my guy didn't really know the quality of it (it was about the same price as box springs, so I should have known it wouldn't be that solid). I'll probably just have to pony up for an expensive frame from somewhere and throw out this one. Anyways, I love my mattress which is the most important and am very happy with my purchase (other than the frame). Definitely buy your mattress here!

Please be very sure you really want the mattress you purchased because you will learn after the fact, that No Bull Mattress does not accept refunds or an exchange. Well, they MIGHT exchange it for a small fee of $75.00, and if and only if approved by the owner. He may allow you to pick out the same priced mattress or if you decide on a lower priced mattress you will not get the difference back in your money ! It is worth the extra $100-$200 to go to a mattress store that will honor their customers satisfaction and allow for refunds or exchanges. I read the owner's article in The Charleston Magazine and how being honest is important to him. After my purchase, along with a few other reviews, I have to say honesty was not carried out in several of their customers experiences in their store. Customers need to be told upfront and/or sign a document before the purchase that all sales are final! This is the kind of service that hurts small business owners!

Upsold me a frame that I did not need and pressured me to write a review to get a discount. Came back to edit this after 5 years because I still regret buying it. The mattress is okay though.

We have a custom bed and when we bought the $5000+ mattress, we made sure the bed springs and mattress would be 60 x 80 ( standard queen) and were assured it would beThe mattress was 60 x 80, but the box spring was 60 x 79 so had a one inch play in our bed frame. We called and they assured us they would send the 60 x 80 out the next day. The next day another 79 inch bed springs was ordered.Another call and we were told all of their bed springs are 60 x 79 and they do not have a bed spring that is the same size as they queen mattress. We informed them we wanted a refund so we could get a bed spring that for the mattress and were informed they keepTheir prices low by not offering refunds. Funny- there is a refund policy on the internet. The salesman said he was never informed of a refund policy. The box springs and mattress were still in the heavy plastic.If this was a guest bed and not a $5000+ mattress, I wouldn’t care. We wish we had bought the sleep number bed we looked it that was $3000 cheaper. Never ever will I do business with them again

I’m sorry there were no prices displayed. I don’t know what others paid for the same product I bought. Also, when I asked about another item that is $300 cheaper on Amazon he was unwilling to discuss it.
