Do.Not.Go.Here unless you absolutely have to come here for a recall or something crazy, they will change thousands of dollars for something a mechanic will do for $100. I know because that has happened at least twice. They also take forever! They said it'd be 2.5 hours for a recall maximum! I have been here for nearly 4 hours with no updates as to what is happening. They will do absolutely anything to swindle you into spending so much more money than you need to for repairs that you do not need or could do on your own.

I've had my Nissan Altima since 2011... And had another Nissan Altima prior to this one. I'm in it for the long-haul!During the initial change over from Morris to Hudson there was a little bit of insecurity and pushy mentality. BUT, I feel like they have everything pretty ironed out now... Scheduling service appointments online is super easy and check-in is seamless! Also they are great about communication during the entire process. Text at the beginning and throughout the entire process with a video of the inspection provided for recommendations as well! Excellent service. Use them all the time!

I had an interesting experience when I came in for my last oil change. First, they texted and called to remind me it was time to come in, which I find very helpful. I was able to schedule a time within 30 minutes of wanting to come in. I was able to do this easily over the phone. The process was very convenient. The staff were all lovely when I arrived, and they took my car immediately. This is where things got a little interesting. A process that normally doe snot take more than 30 minutes to an hour took almost two and a half. Luckily I did not have any obligations after this appointment. After almost two hours, the representative who was helping me (Kelly) came over and apologized profusely. There had been a mistake with my paperwork, and no one had begun to work on my car. I was not bothered, I understand mistakes happen, and I appreciated his apologetic attitude and his total accountability for the mistake. I value accountability more than perfection, and so often folks struggle to say "I am sorry, this inconvenience is my fault," when really thats the one thing that can make a situation better. Because the whole ordeal took so long, the end of the appointment was rushed. I did not receive the video of my vehicle inspection, or the color coded report that usually accompanies it, though he is now working to get me both of those things. The general inspection report I did received suggested over $1,000 in maintenance, which I certainly will not do until I see the video and more detailed breakdown of the findings.Overall, I respect and appreciate this Nissan dealership. I appreciate Kelly for his dedication to doing right by his customers and taking accountability for mistakes made. He is clearly a kind hearted and invested employee, and this is exactly the kind of person I would hope Nissan continues to hire.

I would give zero stars to this place. Watch out for their finance guy. I had almost $8,000 in add ons on my contract. That includes an additional 2,501.00 increase in the price of the car over what they had posted on their website. I was charged 907.00 for an extended tire and wheel warranty, over 3,300.00 for an extended maintenance warranty, and a 1,200.00 GAP policy. The finance guy had my son and I electronically sign pad. Then he started clicking our signatures as he flipped thru the screens. I was told we he would tell me how much any add ons would be and what they are for. That did not happen. I asked why that car price was higher he said dont worry we will go over that and the other figures when we finalize the contract. That did not happen. When we showed up the next day to go over all the figures and finalize the deal he gave my son the documents when he was away from me. I asked what the 3,300 add on fee was for. When I found out it was an extended warranty i told him that I didnt want it. He snapped at me stating Why would you cancel it?! I was so angry I had to leave. I had to get them to cancel the original contract. They gave me the SAME finance guy to deal with who lied to my face claiming he went over everything. NO he did NOT! As he was doing the new contract he told me that the Hudson Nissan 12 months/unlimited miles extended maintenance agreement that he originally told me was free was actually not free. It costs 1187.00 and is added onto the price of the car. That still does NOT explain the entire price increase of 2,501.00. I never got an answer as to why that happened. So clearly more deceit on his part. Stay away from this place. It's a rip off and shouldn't be in business. I was forced to pay the 1,187.00 for something I was originally told was free because they claim they add that onto the posted price for all their used vehicles. So I was only able to bring to total price of the contract down by about 7,000.00. Absolute nightmare.

Well ! On top of scheduling for a 10am slot on the website that was available, I got a call stating that 10am was not available, 11:45AM was. I took the 11:45AM appointment, got there at 11:40AM only to be told there's a 90minute wait! I had 2 kids with me, under the age of 5, hoping to get in and out in 30mins or less for an Oil Change. I was direct to the play room for the kids, the tv was not working and they didn't play long because of toys missing from certain "put togethers" (puzzles, board games etc) We then went into the waiting area after 20mins in the play area. I was told by several other customers that they've been waiting for 4hrs! My kids were getting antsy, so we left. There was no way they would be still for 4 boring hours. I was called around 1:58AM to pick up my car. Mind you, the guy paid no attention to what I was asking over the phone because he was holding a conversation with someone else, while telling me about my brakes. I kept asking if he was talking to me or someone else which is when he said my car was ready. I got there and asked about the Engine light, he said "We didn't even look at that" I told him that was in the coupon! What do you mean? He shook his head as if he didn't care and proceeded with hitting my alarm button to find my car, rushing me off the lot! Upon leaving he recommended that I got to Autozone where it's done for free! Smh I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HUDSON NISSAN OF SAVANNAH HIGHWAY!! They are slow & lazy!

Would give zero stars if I could. Be EXCEEDINGLY CAREFUL while signing papers with finance at this dealership. Add -ons and addendum's could be added unbeknownst to you. Watch every paper, every charge and every total before signing each page no matter how quickly they would like this signing process to be. BUYER BEWARE.

Was told what my payments would be and then when I got there to get and sign paperwork for the car I found out the dealer had been fired and they now wanted 500 dollars more for the monthly payment then what was originally said and on top of that they wanted a down payment over the phone they said it would be financed with zero down also a 800 dollar payment on a Honda is crazy it's not a hellcat or scat pack. So disappointed in the dealership. not the dealer that tried his best to help me out

Hudson nissan has been wonderful servicing my car multiple times across the last year and a half. While it is much more expensive than a smaller garage, it's the best dealership I've worked with while ensuring my warranty is under wraps.Staff is always INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating. Dropping off and picking up my car is fast and easy, and I always get a video and message from staff after they perform my vehicle inspection. I normally have a hard time getting the video to load, but once it does, it's so helpful to have someone (virtually) explain what's going on with my car. They do sometimes say there is expensive work that is recommended, but they don't give me a hard time when I pass on what I know is not necessary. They don't always clean my car, but they give me a coupon for a free car wash at Fins. Be sure to check out the "service specials" on their website for more deals, and just show the coupon to staff when you're checking out.

The parts department sucks they have a very poor communication skills with a lack of real interest in the customers needs.... Need to learn how to talk to customers more professional.

I must admit doing to a dealership most people are really excited because they are purchasing a vehicle or really upset because their car is being repaired. But I thrilled to say that I worked with Josh for a repair and this was an excellent experience. Please go show Josh some love the next time you are in need of a repair! I am a very tough hard critic that's it's really hard to please, but Josh did!

Lots of promises made and not kept. Filled out a credit application, my credit score is good and still nobody got back to me. Big talk from the sales team, but no action taken on their part. Very, very poor.

EDIT: have called half a dozen more times since dealership reached out to be told "we're too busy to have finance take your call". BBB complaint filed and will likely have to take the dealer to civil court. Purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara convertible from the dealership. Car had significantly more body damage and paint damage than previously described as shown in photographs. Andy Whetsell, my sales rep told me the bumper damage on the vehicle would likely be able to be repaired without replacement and cited his extensive history in body repair. This was false, as every body shop in town has said this is untrue. I was sold a $2000 warranty, and told I could cancel anytime within the first 60 days by phone. I've been attempting to reach the dealership, Leaving over five voicemails, leaving my information with reception, and emailing my sales rep all to no avail and no resolution. Within 200 miles of driving off the lot check engine light came on, and at this point I noticed the manufacturer gas cap had been replaced with a cheap replacement. Talked to my mechanic and he says it is likely the dealership already knew and tried to remedy this code cheaply. At the time of purchase the convertible top was slightly Askew leading to wind noise, But I was assured it would not leak. Of course like everything else I was told, this was false. $300 later the top no longer leaks but overall my experience at this dealership has been nothing but negative. Should the dealer reach out to me personally to cancel the warranty I may amend my review, but at this time I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Hudson Nissan on Savannah Highway.

Not impressed. Serious Integrity Issues. I saw this van online on Car Gurus and reached out. I texted the Salesman and set up a time to come and purchase the van. I brought the cashier's check for the agreed price. I was giving multiple prices at different prices and even signed a document that said (internal use only) and had a different price on the paperwork than my final paperwork. They put on the other paperwork the price was a warranty, but then had me sign off that there was no warranty. It also looks like they activated some sort of GPS tracker service without my permission as well. Nothing matches the pricing and they are very tricky. The second key I had, didn't work, went to check the battery and learned the whole key had no guts. I reached out to the salesman and never heard anything back. Had to spend 150 on a key. Even as a cash buyer the process was close to two hours. At the end of the day, felt like I was on a dirt lot. I plan on filing with AG.
