David and Cody were absolutely the best to deal with getting my car towed . David the owner keep in contact touch with me . Cody was so nice and kind answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend using them . I would use them again . Thank you both for everything .

Waited a hour and some. Called just to ask guy if they were close to James Island. He asked me what car was I calling about. He was hostile and said we trying to get there as fast as we can. Then State Farm calls me and said they cancelled my tow. So they found me another tow guy he was nice even though he was off he came with a smile and helped me. Moore's was right down the road not even a mile from where I was. But its ok I will us Always Towing from now on.

Pleased to share my highly positive experience with Moore's Towing! I scheduled a tow for a vehicle that was inoperable to a transmission shop. The job was executed flawlessly. They were gte cheapest tow company I called and I called 3 of them. My wait time was damn near nothing and the tow truck driver Cody (I think ) was AMAZING. CONVERSATION WAS AMAZING AND HE WAS SOOOOOO PROFESSIONAL. If I EVER need a tow again I’m calling them immediately and im recommending them to EVERYONE

Best tow company I’ve used in Charleston. The operator, Charlie was timely, and very knowledgeable about what I needed. He was able to clearly talk me through my options and give me the best advice for what to do. After we decided on the tow, he quickly and carefully hooked up the car and was off. All around a great and efficient experience.

These guys rock! It was late Sunday night and they came by to tow my truck in timely manner and were very professional with the way they handled it! Extremely polite also! Would recommend and will call them again if I ever need a tow again!

Robert arrived and was extremely kind and helpful in getting my car pulled out of a sand hole. His customer services was wonderful and he arrived earlier than the ETA.

Excellent customer service and skilled drivers! Had my car looked at by 2 different company’s that stated they “couldn’t do it.” Charlie came through no problem and got my car to my destination quickly, and safely. Would recommend to anyone with a complicated or simple tow. Price was also very fair!

They were timely and so very helpful. Before towing they tried to jump start my vehicle first, which worked. Then they explained why I probably had trouble jump starting it myself. They were honest and saved me a lot of money. I felt very cared for and will definitely continue to do business here!!

My car was in an accident the front was messed up, Geico called this Towing service to come and pick my car up from my house, Cody showed up in a timely manner, got right down to business hitched my Toyota up, was really grateful and appreciative for Cody's professionalism and kindness.
