Family ran!!! Super quick, friendly and professional service. Very knowledgeable about auto care, preventive care and pressure free service! I would recommend these guys to everyone!!! If they can't perform more difficult repairs, they have a team of professionals they recommend that are fully capable. Great service with affordable pricing. Thanks guys!!!! Customer for life!

Last two oil changes had resulted in oil leaks, first change from the filter and the last (current issue) from the drain pan bolt. Use to not worry about any issues after a change with them and now it’s hard to recommend anyone go here. They have been responsive and helpful, see how this one goes. Memorial Day weekend with an oil leak is a bummer. Ill update.
**update** although they are closed Memorial Day, luckily I was able to contact someone who said he will come out tomorrow to get it fixed.
Mistakes/ accidents happen and you hope they don’t. One huge positive about this place, they truly go above and beyond to correct issues.

I've taken my car here often and it's been great but the last two oil changes have been horrible. I would like to trust that my car is taken care of when I leave but I can't from here anymore. 2 changes ago they left the old filter ring on and i lost so much oil while driving that my car started knocking. After my last change, I noticed a pool of oil under my car 2 days later, oil pan bolt isn't tight. Hope i have enough oil to make it their tomorrow because now it's Sunday, memorial day weekend. Everyone their is nice but the service is tanking.

I called and John was very polite over the phone. Pulled in for an oil change and he was also able to change my headlight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee which are notoriously A PAIN to do. He was quick and friendly, honest about pricing

One of the workers drove my car into a car wash grate ( drain in the ground) and my right tire fell into the hole. underneath my car broke off a lot of plastic covering and bent some structural metal. When I confronted them after picking up my vehicle, they lied and said it never happened even though I watched it happen and my stepdad saw it happen with me. Talked to the manager over the phone and he screamed at me and threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave immediately. Said that never happened and said he would ban me.Absolutely awful customer service. Extremely unprofessional and childish atmosphere with no accountability. Didn’t try to help or even look for damage. Do NOT recommend going here.

I took my car to this location yesterday for an oil change. They began to process being very rude and talking over me. They never asked what kind of oil I wanted and were dishonest about the services they said they had provided but did not do. I have called the owner twice to no avail...he has responded to either of my messages. So disappointing...wanted to share my horrible experience to hopefully spare others.

I was provided absolutely terrible customer service by the Owner of the establishment, John. I requested that his employee Stopped Smoking a Cigarette while providing an oil change service. John’s immediate response was “No, don’t you know how hard it is to keep good mechanics? I’m not going to get onto my guy for smoking.” I informed him that as his customer I saw it as a safety hazard and he still refused to inform his employee to put out the cigarette while completing an oil change on my car whilst I’m in the vehicle. He then gave me the ultimatum to leave or get the service with his employee continuing to smoke. I chose to decline the service and was disappointed with the oil plug being unscrewed and leaking oil. The behavior of the manager/owner John is unacceptable and irresponsible. A clear violation of OSHA standards.
