Tishirra was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of all of the different types of mattresses. I was in need to get a mattress last minute and Tishirra helped me with choosing the right mattress that would be best for me. She was not pushy at all which I can appreciate. Her customer service was in point and I would highly recommend this place if you want to get a mattress. Thanks again Tishirra!!

My entire experience thus far has been over the phone. Greg, at the West Ashley store, has been a stress saver if not a lifesaver for me this week. I was in the serious business of getting an extra king size mattress in our new home, the sooner the better! Greg went above and beyond to assist me and reassure me in a purchase that I’m confident will be correct for our condo. What a pleasure it was doing business with this store, and I hope to visit it in person soon.

Excellent customer service experience. Greg was very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He presented information in a factual and professional manner. We did not feel pressured to buy at anytime, but we felt prepared to choose a mattress because of Greg’s experience with the brands.
