Took my tan winter coat to this place because it had a stain and picked it up a week or two after. Got home and realized that the stain was exactly the same. The worst thing is that it was not hard to remove, I bought a few things at the supermarket and cleaned it at home.

Had a great experience with this dry cleaners. Local and convenient. It was my first time using them and I will certainly be back. It was an easy process, took a few days but I didn't need the clothes back right away. I received a text when they were ready and paid online. Simply just pulled up and she put the clothes in the car! Very happy with the service.Services: Clothes pressing

This location was good, but I guess they changed owners (Lyerly's now) and it has gotten really bad. They lost my shirt and don't respond to phone calls or seem to care at all to replace the lost item. Do not go here. You will be disappointed.

Horrible Experience! White dress came back with large pink stains in August 2022. Still no resolution and they won't return my phone calls. I will never go back and still expect to be reimbursed for the dress they damaged.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

Have had positive experiences with Low Country Laundry and Dry Cleaners in the past. They are now owned and operated by Lyerly’s Cleaners. The past few times I have been I have had negative customer experiences with Carol Ann who works there. In my most recent visit, she refused to hang my clothes in the backseat due to new COVID protocol (wasn’t in place during the height of the pandemic), however she was unmasked and there are no posted signs. What’s the point of a drive through? Furthermore, their hours are terrible (they are closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, and between 1:30-2 pm every day). I realize there are staffing shortages everywhere, but that coupled with bad service means I won’t be returning or recommending this business.
