My vehicle broke down in the middle of nowhere, and it happened right next to the owner of this store at a Tesla charger. He drove me an hour and a half to get me to where I needed to go in Charleston. People like that don't really exist anymore, so I thought. Shop here. He's truly a great person.

Love this store and apparel selection! It’s so difficult to find unique, quality swimwear and resort wear in conservative SC/NC and this store is a breath of fresh (salt) air! Highly recommend for your swimwear needs, especially if you like a skimpier look!

The shop is very small you can stand in one space and see everything but for some reason when I walked in the two girls behind the counter never acknowledged my existence. I even walked right by them as they continued to talk to each other purposely not making eye contact with me or saying anything. I probably would have attempted to buy something had someone just said hello. I don’t shop where I’m not greeted.

Like many others have shared, this place has very strange attitudes. The workers don’t greet you when you walk in the door and they acted annoyed to see a customer. When we said “hi” they just stared at us. Not a pleasant experience and it looks like they only carry XXXS-XS anyway. Bye.

Said hello to the 2 employees 3 times just to get a response. Not customer friendly

Justice for the DD’s ? As an actual cHaRLeStOn LoCaL I have always known that Las Olas is really concerned about theft (based on their social media)… but has someone stolen the breasts from their customers? I couldn’t find a single top that fit my beautiful tits. Tried on several of their largest tops and none of them could cover what the good lord has blessed me with. I love the suits at las olas but really wish they could be more boob inclusive ??

Me and my sister went to this place and the girls working there just stared at us. The bikinis were cute. They have started their own conversation. me and my sister looked around for a couple minutes. When we left my sister said thank you and They didn’t even respond to that. They didn’t say a word to us. I feel like every time we turned around they would give us a rude stare. Will not be coming back

TERRIBLE customer service! My daughterbought a $250 Bondi swimsuit from the LasOlas Towne Center store a few weeks ago. Shewent swimming in it for the first timeyesterday. It is an ombré suit with a lightblue/white on top and when it's wet it'scompletely see through! The store managerwould not take the suit back because of finalsale on all suits. We were only asking for areplacement suit or store credit. We willNEVER shop at this store again. It makes moresense to shop these brands online. The salesassociate laughing made situation moreinfuriating.

On Monday, this girl named Sofia helped me. She was a great help and helped my girls find some perfect fitting suits. Overall love this store, they always have great suits even with their hefty price, they are most definitely worth the money. Thanks again for your help Sofia!

Terrible service, I was in the store with my mother and we were the only people in the store and no one asked if we needed help. The workers continued to indulge in conversation with each other.
