Quamell got me unloaded very quickly. He took the time to answer all my questions about the strange way the shipper had put in the load. He made sure to understand my concerns about making sure he only took what was for this stop and not was for the next stop. He put down what he was doing to immediately unload the truck. And he answered all my other questions. Very top notch

I used them to supply the exterior of my new home. I think they have a good assortment and their prices aren't too bad. Only issue I had is that they need to train their staff better on how to set up orders and make sure they send out the right amount of the correct supplies, but the customer service was good.

This review is long overdue, Lansing has been good to deal with but for the most part that is due to Stephanie who works at the front counter who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and somehow always manages to be in a great mood even after putting up with me.

I had Coastal siding replace about 20 windows on my house. 3 of them have issues. After continuing to call Coast siding for over a year have windows fixed because of their "lifetime warranty", the had the Rep for Lansing Building Products (Coastal's supplier) come out and look at the bad windows. That's been months ago and I'm unable to get the Rep to call me back about the bad windows. I know that ultimately that Coastal should be on the hook, (and I call them regularly) but Lansing products is no better....their rep hasn't answered any of my calls. At this point, I won't use Coastal again and before I use another window company, I'll make sure they don't use Lansing since they don't honor their product warranty..
