Very much enjoyed my experience purchasing from this dealership. I bought a car sight unseen and they made it easy. I was able to schedule a PPI, have all questions answered, and facilitate the transaction remotely. Garrett was a very helpful salesman and Christen did an excellent job on the transactional side of the house.

We have been customers for a year with a used Range Rover and we couldn’t be happier both with sales and service. David K and Arizona are the dream team. After coming from a competitor dealership with dismal service, Land Rover has a forever customer after providing 5 star service for us.

I’m so mad about my experience at this dealership it has made me never want to purchase another Range Rover. James the service manager was so rude and non accommodating I was shocked. Our Evoque been in the dealership almost a month now. It seems unbelievable to write that out. They have left us without a car for a whole month and didn’t even offer us a loaner. Initially brought the car in for service got it back and then one day later had to bring it right back. I believe that the person working on my car did not know what they were doing hence that we had to bring it back within 24 hours. Couldn’t believe the response we got from James When we discussed our frustrations about the sit situation. James offered no Solutions and was down right rude. As I write this review right now, I still don’t have my car and this is after a week ago terrible conversation with him . I’m so upset and frustrated I wanted to spare others from an experience like this. The should be ashamed at how they treats their Customers. Never had an experience like this at any other And because of this, it makes me want to sell my car and never have to deal with them again.

I recently purchased a Defender here and had top notch customer service working with Thien Nguyen! His knowledge of all the vehicles is beyond extensive and he made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I never felt pressured like I have with past purchases at other dealerships. It was a pleasure to work with him and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in any of the Land Rover vehicles!

I would only get my service here if my vehicle is CPO and even then I’d be weary. The sales and service advisors are great, and wish Land Rover managed the service side because there is a huge disconnect in the quality of service. Full disclosure I purchased a used vehicle and knew the risk I was taking, my issue is how my vehicle was treated and promptness of basic service. My water pump went out and got fixed, but while they had my vehicle the front suspension collapsed. The service advisor did help with parts pricing but still feel like this was sus. After spending over $5k for my struts to get replaced I found ashes in my car door as someone was smoking in my vehicle. Fast forward to a few days ago, I called to get an oil change and they stated that they’ll have to take my vehicle for 2 days…I took it to EuroPro and my oil change took all of an hour and don’t feel like I was taken advantage of.

Will never service my car at Baker Ranger Rover ever again. After keeping my car for over a week for a routine oil change was charged over $2000, then advised that if I used a credit card had to pay bill would be charged an additional 3% on the charge. Range Rover is supposed to be a luxury brand. You’re supposed to get luxury service. Not a shister money grab like the 3% they charge you for using your credit card. Let’s all remember that the card is really for their convenience and not yours. Total money grab. The opposite of client service and luxury. Will never use their services ever again.

I think about these "technicians" every time I look in the $800+ rearview mirror they procured and installed gleefully stating its brand new yet within days began streaking. The next thought is a reminder of the $4K+ worth of damage they did to my engine when they did not secure an installment correctly. Derisory.

Booking a service appointment either 5 days leaving your vehicle or almost 60 days to wait for an appointment with a loaner! Crazy!
