Had the most positive experience with Jacob from the CHS SC store- very polite , professional and went out of his way to insure that I received exactly what I was looking for! Can’t wait to get my new nightgown !!

The customer service in this store is non existent. A bunch of young girls standing around entertaining each other and their friends is what I've seen all 3 times I've visited. Didn't even glance my way. Save the trip. The pajamas are great and the stock in store is poor. Just order online if you have to have them.

These pajamas shrink so bad. Shrank after first wash after following their wash instructions. I reached out to customer service and got a rude response. I do not recommend this brand for pricing, quality, or their service. Use your dollars at eberjay. The service is great and the quality is way better.
