My 2.5 year old is potty training. We went in to get some things for her and she said she had to go potty in front of the gentlemen working. I asked for a bathroom, he paused and said no. I was so infuriated we left and did not return. I contacted them via instagram to see if they ship and explained my experience. Not a word back. A kids store without bathrooms is the least of it. I will never return there and will tell everyone that I know not to shop there as well. Sad because clothes are cute but not worth it. Get sales people that have a clue about customer service because it’s clear you are losing major business because of it.

I came in recently looking for a gift for my daughter. The clothes are cute albeit very expensive. The people working there were quick to tell me that toys for boys were on the left and toys for girls were on the right. All of the toys on the left were genius brand and comprised of building, science experiments, dinosaurs, and hands on learning. The toys on the right were all stuffed animals, mostly dolls and ponies. What kind of message does that send young kids? I'm disgusted by their old fashioned, outdated store and will not purchase anything from here.

Customer service has really gone downhill. The store is so cramped it’s hard to look at anything. There are piles of old inventory all along the register and the back. We had over $150 in items in a pile at the register when we asked about one of the shirts in the very back. We were directed to a more expensive boys shirt and dress so our kids could match. When we stated we only wanted the original shirt we picked out and not the matching set, the worker rolled her eyes at us and put it back. It was not a fun experience and I started to put things back on the shelves. Used to love going here.

This store is amazing! So many options, especially hard to find boys clothes! Staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond when I was looking for certain items. Even calling other stores to see if they had an item. Very unique toys for all ages! Loved the selection for older kids also. Hard to find cute tween clothes, but this store had so many options!! Thank you for a fun experience! Definitely recommend for all your kids needs!!

This store is so stinking cute! I'm not a parent, but I was shopping for my 4 year old nephew. I told Karen a little bit about him, and she helped me pick out several different items! I ended up with some clothes and a really cool remote control monster truck since he likes anything with wheels! They had clothing and items for a variety of ages and all very well organized.

This store is so cute but wow is the experience being inside so unpleasant. I've been in twice now, both times wearing my baby. The second time with my sister in tow. Both times the women have hawk-eye watched me and followed us through the tiny store. We were looking at an item and the women were so close and just kept watching or asking if we need anything. It gave off major "they think I'm going to steal something" or "they think I can't afford anything" vibes. To the point that my sister even pointed out this behavior when we left. We love a lot of the brands they carry but all of it can be found online or elsewhere for better prices. Just not worth your time.

I’m a frequent shopper at Kids on King. Their customer service is top notch. This is a Boutique store with high quality merchandise. I understand why the establishment prefers no food or drink in store around merchandise. I am always pleased with my experience at Kids on King.

visiting my in-laws in town and came upon the store, my daughter was eating a muffin in her stroller, there were many things that I would have bought, my daughter threw her muffin in the floor and a worker came to see what was going on as I was cleaning it. My mother in law told her that we just had a little spill, she mumbled under her breath as she passed my mother in law to get the broom “that’s why the sign says no food” mind you I was using baby wipes to clean anything out of the floor and had 90% of it before she had came over. She was very rude and uptight and brought a trash can up to my stroller and started swiping the muffin crumbs from the stroller off of my daughter’s lap. I did not ask for her help to clean up or even touch my daughter and was more concerned with leaving the store clean. My mother in law stepped out because she was appalled at her behavior, and she heard several customers talking about how rude and uptight she was as they were walking out. After my experience I did not purchase anything that I would have and I will not be going back.

Came in with my husband and 7 month old baby for Mother’s Day just to be watched by the workers, ignored everyone else in store and made an effort to up close follow us everywhere we went. Asked everyone else if they needed help except us, definitely won’t be back and will not recommend this store to anyone. Such an awful experience for Mother’s Day. Definitely felt judged in this store.

This store not only racially profile’s individuals but follows individuals around the store and refuses to provide service to actual customers if the “look” differently than the owner would prefer.
