Kevin in the service department was amazing. He made the oil change service fast and easy. I had to change the date of my service and being able to change it myself online was so easy. I would recommend Kia Country to my friends and family.

Kia Country of Charleston got me in for an appointment when Stokes Kia was unable. They were able to diagnose the problem the original day of my appointment and fix it two weeks sooner than anticipated (Estimated 6 weeks for a part to come in, it came in around 4 weeks).
That said, my dashboard was not put back together correctly, which was pretty inconvenient.
Overall, I would go back for future issues, as long as things like that don't continue to happen.

Adam, the sales manager at Kia Country has gone above and beyond for me. He made sure I received the exact car I wanted (which wasn’t easy) and when I had an issue with a nail in the sidewall of my tire just a couple of weeks later, he took it back to the service department himself and had the tire replaced at no charge to me. I am so impressed with the level of service I have received here and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

Every time I bring my car to Kia, I am met with a great staff who explains everything they are doing, explains the options that are available, all while understanding that not everyone can do everything they are suggesting at once.
