We had an amazing experience with Keepsake Florist for our wedding in June 2024! From the very beginning, Elyn and Karen were nothing short of wonderful. They were so detail-oriented and always available to meet and answer all of our questions, which made the planning process so smooth and stress-free. They are truly wonderful, amazing and talented! They listened to every detail that I described for my jewel tone themed wedding on the Carolina Girl Yacht. They went above and beyond to make my flowers unique and beautiful! They were truly breathtaking!

The arrangement my friend received was gorgeous and exactly as pictured on the website. The ordering process was quick and easy and I was kept informed with email updates right up until delivery, which occurred the same day. Definitely would recommend.

I was given the name of Keepsakes Florist by our rehearsal dinner venue (Enclave Gallery at the Vendue) and so I made contact via their website. Elyn Rahman reached out to me and I could tell she immediately saw my vision, even though we were sitting 200 miles apart (I live in Greenville, SC). Per her advice, I did send her a few photos of what I had in mind, and she took it from there. She suggested adding votives to each table and she gave input on the chair color and tablecloth color that she thought would work best in the venue (and she was right!). I was very happy with communication and with the lovely tables. I did not have to worry about delivery (a very reasonable fee kept me from fretting about how to work picking things up and getting them arranged with the bride's schedule for the day. All I had to do was walk in, admire Keepsake Florist's tables, and chat with our guests. I would not hesitate to work with them whether you are local to Charleston or not.

I had an INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish with Keepsakes when planning my wedding flowers. The team went above and beyond to give me the wedding florals of my DREAMS and so much more!!! Everyone is so friendly, kind, professional and responsive. I really felt that they put so much care and time in and really made it a very personable experience. I cannot sing their praises enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent customer service!! I loved receiving a snap shot of the bouquet before it went out for delivery! I also received a notification when it was going out for delivery and when it was delivered!! Flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered!!
