Customer service is outstanding. Walked in to get my watch fixed and Braxton took me right away. He had my watch fixed within the next 2-5 minutes. Looks just as good as it was when I first bought it 10+ years ago. 100% would recommend to any one looking for quality watch repair!

I had the most wonderful experience with this charming jewellery store! I came across a pendant I wanted online, but being based in England I wasn’t sure if I could have it sent it to me. Sarah went out of her way to help looking for the best payment and shipping options. She stayed in touch to keep me updated and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The pendant itself is amazing and I’m so grateful for the help in getting it to me ✨

I had a really amazing experience browsing through the store with Dina's help. The store has a great selection of items at a variety of prices but I was able to tell her my budget and she was able to find me the perfect vintage bracelet. I'll definitely come back to shop the next time I'm in the area.

I am big fan of the team at Joint Venture. We took some watches to them for service and repairs and they have been nothing but helpful, easy to work with and communicative through the process. Their jeweler Christopher is by far the best in the city. 10/10 would recommend for all your jewelry needs - especially if you want something unique and beautiful.

I cannot recommend them enough! I took a vintage engagement to be resized and they beyond exceeded my expectations. The ring is absolutely perfect! I also got a vintage wedding band to match that was practically one of kind, I could only have found it with them! Trevor and Ellen were so helpful and incredibly kind. They had so much knowledge too!! I'm over the moon at how wonderful my entire experience was from start to finish! Perfect customer service and care, with beautiful inventory and skilled staff. Again, I highly recommend!!

Joint Venture Estate Jewelers is either dishonest or incompetent. I had the gemologist look at my alexandrite ring to verify its authenticity because I was considering selling it on consignment with the store. After a month they told me the stone was fake and that they’d offer me $85 to buy the ring (platinum band with 4 diamonds flanking the alexandrite). They said they wouldn’t sell the ring on consignment because the gallery needed repair. I didn’t trust that they were being honest so I took the ring to Skatell’s for appraisal. The gemologist at Skatell’s verified the alexandrite is real, they found the ring needed no repairs, and the appraisal showed the ring is worth $4000. I won’t say Joint Venture Estate Jewelers is dishonest and I won’t say they are incompetent, but one or the other (or possibly both) is true.
